‼️‼️WARNING‼️‼️
Do not go here, no matter how hungry you are!
First of all when you step in here you’re met with an unpleasant smell. Then, there’s no prices up ANYWHERE. The costumer service is TRASH, food tastes HORRIBLE, especially the canned peas that they throw on the rice with absolutely no coconut milk. The small food is $13 and change, And to make matters worse, you don’t get vegetables unless you order a size up. The portions of the rice are terrible. And if you ask for gravy, it’s like they give you SOUP. My $80 went down the drain for some nasty, bad tasting, no seasoning, bad representation food. It was so bad that our foods had to end up in the trash because it tasted so bad. This chef knows nothing about Jamaican food. Whatever you do, please do not shop here unless you’re looking to end your day on the toilet.

THE BEST!
If you are looking for REAL Jamaican flavor, this is the place! From the moment I walked in, the aroma alone let me know I was about to be blessed. The food was fresh, seasoned to perfection, and full of that authentic island taste you can’t fake.

If you have been craving bold spices, tender meats, and generous portions – look no further. Trust me – this spot is a whole experience. Highly recommend!

We tried a couple items, the pepper steak was so tender you could cut it with a fork! The rice, beans, and veggies were also very good and had a lot of flavor, I will be going back. Only improvement I might recommend is having tags with the names of each item. Especially if you like me and not super familiar with the food it’s difficult to know what you’re looking at. It’s embarrassing I have to say “I want that thing” too when you try and order it cuz you don’t know what it’s called.

The curry chicken and the pepper steak is delicious, on point, you get more than enough. The meat is so tender it falls off the bone. They do not overprice their food.

You just don’t serve food like this! Way too much oil in the food. I am glad that i asked for a plastic bag because this would have been all over me!! Something about the morning staff the females are always rude! But they help Men with grace and poise and give females an attitude.

You come for the food only. You can sit down inside, I never have but you can. You’re going to spend more money than you want to but the food is absolutely delicious.

Bloomfield’s best kept secret!

Stew chicken with rice is life. The true underdog star is this coleslaw
Perfect. Best part: zero dairy/animal product. Yup. No buttermilk. No ranch. No mayo. Everything is exceptional.

Look out for: true authentic in all sense. No Uber eats, no call in, no take out, no delivery. You have to go in person.
They do accept credit card.

Look out for: true island pace (chill aka slow ). Worth the wait.

All food is prepared in house.

I never give bad reviews Always the truth! I was always taught if something isn’t right give the person a chance to correct it. Let’s just say I will never eat here again. After a long Friday And not wanting to cook but still wanting some home cooked food We stopped and grab food. How can you go wrong? Clearly this was not made with genuine love (my opinion)and when I called to voice my opinion …. I thought I was speaking to an AI/Robot NO COMPASSION. If you know authentic Caribbean cuisine then you know exactly what I’m talking about! Not the expectation I was considering. No shade intended….mean while I cook my own snapper
Best Wishes

Good food. Love the stew peas. Drive 20 mis for it on Tuesday or Friday. The snapper is good, and the fried pieces of fish are a great deal. I usually get the same thing, but their food is one of the best around overall
