Plenty of parking outside! When we came in we were warmly greeted by the staff, the tables were all clean and tidy. We ordered a chocolate milkshake and a vanilla milkshake both of which came out pretty quickly! We tried them and they are delicious!!!

Every time I make the mistake of going here the food is always poor. Like not even an ounce of effort into making sure the buns aren’t stale and the fries aren’t old. It just sucks cause it’s close to my house but I’d much rather spend my money at the cookout 8 mins away. That’s right I’ll drive farther to a whole different restaurant because this place isn’t worth the money what so ever. That and the fact that no one is ever happy. The person on the speaker sounds like they are annoyed to the max that I came to order lol. It’s your job dude..it’s actually sad this is what this establishment thinks is good customer service and quality food..don’t waste your time

I’ve been coming to this Hardee’s for several years because it’s close and convenient, and I genuinely enjoy Hardee’s breakfast. However, after many visits and many chances given, I feel it’s time to leave an honest review.
Every time I walk inside, I end up standing at the counter for a minute or more before anyone acknowledges me or offers service. This has been a consistent issue over multiple visits.
The drive-thru has its own frustrations. Even when no one else is in line, I’m almost always asked to pull forward, clearly to improve their corporate timing metrics. But once you’re moved ahead, the accountability seems to disappear. As I’m writing this review, I’ve been sitting in a pull-ahead spot for over 10 minutes with no other cars in line. It’s frustrating to feel forgotten simply because the timing clock has been cleared.
On top of that, the quality of the food has been hit or miss. Several times I’ve received a Frisco breakfast sandwich that’s cold with unmelted cheese. I keep coming back hoping things will improve, but the same issues continue.
I’m writing this not to complain, but because I’ve given this location many chances, and I genuinely want to see improvement. The food has potential, and the community supports this store, but the customer service and consistency really need attention

Their claim to close at 9 is a lie. Apparently half of their menu is unavailable after 8 because their staff wants to be lazy and leave quicker. I don’t like to be the guy who orders right before a place closes, but it was well before that, plus it was a small order, and this is a fast food restaurant after all, not like i was sitting in. Whoever the manager was tonight should be ashamed!

Took one bite, and noticed the food was not cooked all the way. Was still cold. Asked for a refund, manager told me to throw the food away, and she’d give me a refund. So I did. 8 minutes later the manager tells me I have to go to a website and writes the web page on a piece of paper. Website did not work. Keep the $9

This is always the Hardees I go too as I live close by, most times I go it is near closing, today I cut it closer then I ever have before, 5 minutes till close. I expected service to be bad, and them to be mad, but they took my order, and with great service made my 2 milkshakes, the cashier working had great customer service (and as someone who has worked in the same industry for 2 years, and seen what bad customer service looks like) he had the type of customer service that’s hard to come by these days, I have never had bad customer service here , everyone I’ve interacted with (and I do come here pretty often) has always been great, just wanted to leave the review, and say that (on my receipt it had his name as Nathan) did a great job serving me, and made a pretty bomb milkshake I can’t even lie!!!!

Picked up lunch for my mother and I; she loves Hardee’s Frisco Burger. My drive-thru experience was very pleasant. Wait time was minimum, and food came out hot; except for the fries. All in all, food was good as always.

The establishment was well lit and clean. My order was received and executed correctly. The food tasted like it’s supposed to taste. The service was fast, thorough, and pleasant. Overall, it was a good Hardee’s dining experience and I would suggest this location to other people.
