Great place! Hidden gem and the food is delicious. Owner is very personable. Venezuelans run this place and they barely speak English so be prepared, but the food is amazing. Try it all but the Arepas are amazing, just don’t forget the sauce!

Insanly good food. It was my first time having Venezuelan food and i am definitely going back. Not sure what i ordered because I asked the lady at the counter what to get and just went with it, but it was like a big sandwich and the bread was plantains.

Me gusto la comida en general las porciones son grandes y el precio esta acorde con eso. El pan de la hamburguesa esta un poco grueso ese era el unico detalle. Me gusto el queso que usan y los patacones esta muy buenos y puedes convinar las carnes.
El unico detalle que pienso que deben mejorar es la atención al cliente el cajero no es muy amigable ni receptivo con el cliente y si tienes dudas con el menu no se siente una disposición genuina y amigable al querer dar un buen servicio y ayudar al cliente con las dudas.

The food is good and usually consistent, which is why I’ve ordered here before.
Unfortunately, the service is consistently terrible. The staff is rude and lacks basic manners. They refuse to take orders over the phone and insist that customers text instead, yet take a long time to respond.
Today’s experience was the final straw. I was on the highway, hungry, and on my way home, so I called to place an order for pickup. The woman who answered was rude, as usual, and told me to text my order. I explained that I was driving on the highway and didn’t feel comfortable texting because it’s dangerous. She still refused to take my order over the phone and chose to hang up instead of serving a customer.
Because of this, I won’t be ordering from here again. They’ve lost a customer.
La comida es buena y por lo general consistente, por eso he ordenado aquí antes.
Lamentablemente, el servicio es siempre terrible. El personal es grosero y carece de modales básicos. Se niegan a tomar pedidos por teléfono y obligan a enviar mensajes de texto, pero tardan mucho en responder.
La experiencia de hoy fue la gota que derramó el vaso. Iba manejando por la autopista, con hambre y de camino a casa, así que llamé para hacer un pedido y recogerlo en el camino. La mujer que contestó fue grosera, como siempre, y me dijo que enviara el pedido por mensaje. Le expliqué que estaba manejando y que no me sentía cómodo texteando porque es peligroso. Aun así, se negó a tomar el pedido por teléfono y prefirió colgar antes que atender a un cliente.
Después de esta experiencia, no volveré a ordenar aquí. Han perdido un cliente.

Definitivamente tengo que reconocer que esto ha sido lo mejor que he comido durante todo el tiempo que he vivido en Estados Unidos a todas las personas a que vengan y tengan esta experiencia de gastronomía en su paladar 100% recomendado.
