Save yourself the time and trouble and go eat somewhere else. Cant seem to follow an order. Mozzarella sticks were burnt , the fried pickles were raw and soggy and had a strong disgusting after taste of disinfectant spray. The wings were petrified and barely had any sauce slopped on top. Ordered pick up to go, the email stated 20 minutes. Showed up and waited for 30. After a total of 50 minutes the food was “ready”. Store didnt seem busy and had plenty if people “working” .

I love their Clubhouse Club… And their Hawaiian style pizza is good too… I live about an hour away, but we still drive up to Gaston just to get our favorites from here…

I used to love this place!!! But in recent months they have gotten so stingy with their ingredients. I just ordered a supreme pizza again. I’m done? It may as well been a generic frozen pizza from the grocery store. And their prices have went up!

Have ordered from Paparoni’s Gaston locale, on several occasions, because they are about 1 mile from our home. The food is always cold and down right not edible. Last Sunday ordered again, wait time online states 45 minutes. At 1 hour, I called and was told that food was up and ready to be delivered. 20 minutes later called and asked for manager. She told me food had just been put and was about to go out. (Who is lying?) Food came, cold, patty melt had been cut in half and was dried out (edges of meat bone dry), chicken sandwich cold, onion rings cold and mushrooms COLD. Do not order from this place!!! Prices are high and food is NOT edible!!! I live literally 1 mile from this location. Food had been setting under a heat lamp for at least 30 minutes.

I placed a to go order and it took 2 HOURS to be delivered! I literally live 3 minutes from the store. I called twice before my order arrived and was told the food would still be warm. THE FOOD WAS SOGGY AND COLD after being told if would be warm because the driver puts it in a warming box. I should have just driven myself to the store to not deal with this. IT HAPPENS EVERY SINGLE TIME when placing a delivery. Great pizza and wings but get it together!

Damian the delivery guy is just AWESOME! He called off everything we ordered and made sure all was good before he left. Very nice and friendly! He deserves a raise!!! Also manager Lisa (I think that was her name) was very friendly and helpful… AWESOME staff!

I ordered thinking its Monday they wont be that busy and i wouldnt have to wait that long and of course 45minutes is usual time they give you. Well its been a hour i called and the lady tells me next driver that comes in my order would be first order to go out. I always try to give this place benefit of the doubt. I guess from now on i order from swansea. They are getting awful by the day evidently. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with them. I wouldnt recommend gaston too anyone. Swansea is a whole lot better

Every time I have ordered from here lately it has been an ordeal. The first ordeal, I ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza only to get it home and have it be a mushroom pizza and it wasn’t even cut. The second time, after waiting the amount of time advised, the cashier said our order wasn’t ready and she didn’t know how much longer it was going to and refused to ask anyone. Tonight was no exception to the rule. We placed our quite large order online. My daughter requested a kids chicken fingers and fries. After waiting 45 minutes to pick up our food, I was told that they had no chicken fingers and no one had bothered to call. I asked if we could substitute boneless lemon pepper wings instead. I was told yes and they proceeded to charge me more for their mistake.

I was not very happy after spending 35.00. My pizza had a soggy bottom crust, the tenders and fries were fried in dirty grease. They were dark and hard. I placed my order at 6:30 pm and received my food at 8:20 pm. I was very disappointed being that I worked until 12am and had to just deal with it. I went back with the food the next day and the ladies that were there remade my food. The last eyes that bagged the food should have caught it. It should have never left the store.
