We cannot say enough wonderful things about the incredible lady at Papa Murphy’s who went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday party truly unforgettable! From the moment we placed our order, she was kind, patient, and genuinely excited to help us make the day special. She worked with us on special-order pizzas and made sure every detail was just right—and they turned out absolutely perfect.
Her care, attention, and positive attitude made the entire experience stress-free and joyful, and the pizzas were a huge hit with everyone at the party. It’s rare to find customer service this thoughtful and genuine. We are so grateful for her and for Papa Murphy’s as a whole. The people working here were so nice they told me to go shopping at the stores close by. They told my husband to wait in the car and they would bring it out to him. When my family and I moved to Florida for 3 1/2 years this is the number 1# pizza place we missed. My family loves the cowboy and the chicken pizza here. The cookies are very good too. The cheesy bread is alright. Sorry Florida but you can’t touch Papa Murphy’s it tastes to darn good.

Despite being super super busy, and only 2 people holding it down, these guys were working as fast as they physically could to fulfill orders, all with a great attitude. Regardless of one disgruntled customer, they kept it positive and professional. Absolute props!

I ordered my pizza from ridgefield wa location online. Always a clean well kept and professional atmosphere. Today I ordered and I needed sooner than requested. I called the store and the gal who answered the phone was pleasant and accommodating. I picked up my pizza and it was fresh and made as if it was on a commercial. Thank you to the gal that worked and changed the order for JB at 3:30 on Sunday march 23 in Ridgefield You really came through. The store was the same as always. Clean and professional.

3/24/23 7:30pm. Ordered a garlic chicken. Half the pizza didn’t have chicken on it as I was watching her make the last if the two I ordered, and “pleasantly”, I asked the gal to please put a bit more on. She said it would be extra…I said, but look at it, it’s already limited, plus half has none…she tried moving one piece (lol), realizing it wasn’t working, she then angrily threw more on it and with a matching tone, said next time it would be $2 more. The picture attached is what she would charge me extra for, which to me, is closer to what should be expected.
How about you give the employees measuring cups, so that the customer is not treated like that, let alone sent home to find a pizza incorrectly made. There is a similar review below mine.
Had I not paid already, I would have left. And I will NEVER tip prior to being served, ever again! I’m already paying almost as much for one I can have cooked elsewhere, at least be as generous as other establishments. I honestly don’t think I’ll be back after all the above….one thing we have ample in this town, is pizza.

The take-and-bake model is genius: the pizzas are always freshly prepared with quality ingredients, and baking them at home means they come out hot and perfect every time. The crust is consistently delicious—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside—and the toppings are generous and flavorful. I love the flexibility too: whether we’re picking up a quick dinner or planning ahead for a weekend night in, it just works. Staff is always friendly, the store is clean, and the prices are fair. Highly recommend if you want restaurant-quality pizza straight from your own oven!

The pizza itself for the price is great and the staff is friendly. I have driven here multiple times to grab pizza or shop nearby and I see workers with their aprons on carrying trash to the dumpsters and workers smoking close to the building. Just makes me second guess some sanitary precautions they could take while handling food.
