The only thing worse than the burger was figuring out how to get it.
The dry, grey meat had the distinct taste of being repeatedly reheated, the cold cheese wasn’t melted, and the burger was overall dry and just clearly made with the cheapest available ingredients.
Uber Eats initially quoted a 15-minute wait, but after ordering, it jumped to 40. The provided address led us to a dark back alley lined with dumpsters—no signs for “The Burger Joint.” Uber Eats instructed us to enter “Saks Food Corp,” which didn’t exist in the area. On the other side of the building, we found a different ghost kitchen (Smart Kitchen), but no mention of “The Burger Joint.” The empty lobby led to a dark, staff-only area. It was unclear that each restaurant has its own doorbell you’re supposed to ring. But even if that was clear, that wouldn’t have helped since the restaurant name we were given was incorrect. There was no general call bell, and the ordering kiosk just went blank. I called the number provided through Google maps for the burger joint and got no answer.
Desperate, I spotted a menu for “Gourmet Burger” and decided to try the doorbell there. A super nice guy eventually came out and confirmed I was in the right place—they had my burger—despite neither the restaurant name nor the ghost kitchen name matching my order.
To top it off, the in-person menu listed each burger at $7. So when Uber Eats advertised a “two-for-one” deal at $16, there was no deal at all—just a higher price and a forced order of two identical burgers.
My guess is “Gourmet Burger” received poor ratings and so was just given a new name in hopes of hiding the bad reviews?

Placed an order through uber eats. This place has to be top 3 worse burgers my girlfriend and I ever had. The patty tasted like it had cinnamon. The chilli looked like it all came out of a can. The only thing that tasted decent were the actual fries. The mozzarella sticks were burt, and dark. DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Dog food would have been better

Well it was an experience. Says late hours but that is only for pick-up. Difficult to get help in an empty small lobby with order kiosk off. Second attempt walking in , one of 14 eateries in one space, finally arrival of someone from one of the kitchens and took our order. Text when ready, to go only. Food did come up in a timely manner but select items were not available. We ate in the car a few feet away and all the items were marginally warm. Fries and onion rings were good but not fresh fried. The burger was Luke warm but was well made. Bun,meat,red onion,shredded lettuce,cheese and a very cold tomatoe, a mistake. I think they just precook package and figure the delivery drivers to the recipients can’t or don’t care. Our car didn’t come with a microwave! We’ll have to visit during the day. Interesting place and concept. All Asian influence except The Burger Joint. Located in an industrial/wholesale lot.

If you take a cheap frozen patty from your freezer and microwave it until it’s rubbery, you’ll get better burger and a better experience than if you go here.
