Great 99% of the time. Only ever had issues on two unusually busy nights (Halloween & Election Night). Pick up early on big nights like that to avoid waiting an eternity! Otherwise always perfect.

We always get a thin crust and up until about 5 weeks ago they were great. Now the middle of the pizza seems almost crustless. Cooked one today and while it was on the rack the middle of the pizza fell through the oven rack into the bottom of the oven. This happened a couple weeks ago, too. I treated it as a fluke but today again. Not really sure what is happening but after 2 times of cleaning my oven, may be done for awhile.

I usually love the Pizzas I get here. Unfortunately today we order they didn’t even remember to put the sausage on our special. When my husband mentioned it to the young man at the counter he checked the ticket, said, “Oh, your right.” Then proceeded to grab a small handful and threw them on. Disappointed.

The employees were friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was the fact that there is no longer a place in the store to enter our phone number to get credit towards the Rewards program. We do not like ordering on the internet which is the other way to login for rewards. The website is having a problem logging in to our account. So, yes we do feel unhappy about the process. The food is good though.
