Alias is hands down the best food and experience I have ever had. From the moment you walk in the door you are met by a warm, welcoming staff that you feel like you have known your entire life. The ambiance is remarkable which sets an intimate scene. The staff are so knowledgeable and take you through a journey of courses throughout the evening. Having dietary restrictions the chefs catered to my gluten free needs throughout the meal and the gluten free breads and pastries are to die for. This was an amazing experience. Well done, Alias!

We had an amazing dinner at ALIAS last night! We sat at the chef’s counter and that was such a unique experience. All of the staff were so friendly and were proud to tell us about each and every dish they brought. The menu was excellent, and there were even a few surprises along the way. Come hungry! We were so impressed with the care and level of detail and the ease with which the kitchen seemed to flow with timing and service. The presentation was amazing and the flavors were incredible. It was awesome talking to Chef Marc and hearing more about his background and passion for his craft. We can’t wait to return!

Outstanding food and service. We opted for the wine pairing with dinner. The sommelier chose excellent tastes to match each dish. We had a person in our party with an allergy that was accommodated with a separate dish that blended with the menu and tasted equally as good. Each dish was elegantly plated and tasted exquisite. Rich with flavor across the board.

A phenomenal, unique culinary experience with the most warm and engaging atmosphere. The food, service, and Chef’s table, with the wine pairing was some of the best I’ve ever had. Definitely a hidden gem. We went here for our wedding anniversary and it definitely did not disappoint.

My husband and I dined here with our daughter and her husband, who had been here previously. Everything was exceptional! Each person we interacted with was friendly and excited to let us know what to expect. The food was incredible from beginning to end. The presentation was unbelievable as well, and we left feeling stuffed but in a very delicious way. They were accommodating to the fact that my husband and I are mainly pescatarians, and our food fit right in along with our daughter and her husband’s. You will not be disappointed with anything at Alias. It was an amazing evening for us!

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes. Food was served promptly with enough time between each course to allow for time to enjoy each dish without feeling rushed. The bonus dishes with the milk bread and desserts were great as well.

We visited Alias this weekend for our anniversary and it exceeded expectations. The food was delicious (and there was a lot of it). We sat at the Chef’s table so that we could watch them in action. It was a lot of fun. The staff were knowledgeable all-around. One on one time with the executive chef was neat, as he was more than happy to answer any questions and share stories. The place is one of a kind in this area. We would (and will) recommend it!

Fantastic experience. Beautiful atmosphere with exceptional plates with local ingredients. The wine pairing was spot on as well; the sommelier was clearly passionate and shared his enthusiasm for each glass. I was thrilled to find a restaurant of this caliber near Warrenton! Bravo team

What a spectacular evening! Mahalo to Chef Marc, Rigel, and the entire talented team at ALIAS! Just when you think you’ve been to a tasting menu experience and seen it all, this team surprises you with a bunch of beautiful, thoughtful touches.
You can go a lot of places for good food. And this is among the most delicious and inventive I’ve had in a prix fixe setting. But what was special about sitting at the counter was seeing all of the organization and teamwork that goes into cooking, plating, and serving multiple courses for a couple dozen folks at a time.
I will not go into much detail about what we ate because every diner should enjoy the element of surprise and the delight that it brings. The photos I shared are of the dishes we ate that are currently on the printed menu. (Plus a photo of the small-batch bubbly that was served to us as we sat down.)
My only regret is not asking for some of the later courses to be boxed up for me to bring home. I struggled to take bites of the later courses because I was already so satisfied!
Mahalo to Chef Marc for making us feel like ohana at his table!
