They do need more lighting in the front of the store. At night you can barely see that there is a drive thru there. Always happy with the staff at this location. Busting out beautiful looking pizzas all the time.

The Pizza’s are always good! The computer system, ordering system, customer service and caring about the customer, needs a lot of work. A substantial order was placed on line, it came to 85$ including 15$ tip. We ordered at 8:30 in the morning on line for pick up at 1 pm. I got there about 1:15 , gave then our name,
, they looked for the order and said they couldn’t find it. I said I know you are really busy but could you please look again, which they did and one girl even went on the computer and checked saying she couldn’t find the online order. They told me to go to another location . So I did. It took awhile because traffic was bad. I got there and they didn’t have it either. I called my son in law who had placed the order and he called them. They still couldn’t find the order. He said can I give confirmation number and they told him that still wouldn’t help. He asked them to please look one more time. Someone went in the back room and found it under a stack of other pizzas. Finally an hour and a half later. I drove back to the location to get the pizza with an intense headache and a little flustered I admit. I asked if I could get my tip back of 15$ since we really didn’t get good service. That set one of the girls off.
She said she couldn’t do that . I said but I didn’t get good service. She proceeded to tell me how busy they were. I then explained that they had me driving to another place claiming they didn’t have my pizza, in traffic and couldn’t she have a little empathy.., she didn’t like that either and pretty much brushed me off. Another guy took my phone number and gave me my pizzas. At least I got those… 85$later. This was getting a take out pizza experience from hell and I have bought a lot of take out pizzas… Go to the other Papa’s Murphy. At least they tried really hard to help me and were nice about.

Love this location, love the staff. We(hubby and I) are problem children in public, and they handle it with smiles and laughs and even if we switch it up, it’s fast and tasty and wrapped and ready in under 4 mins. Would love to work there tbh, but overall. I recommend this one just for the energy and location.

It is super-easy to see from the highway and has a drive-thru as well.
I just placed an order ahead of time for customized pizzas and a dessert and picked them up when they were ready.

Today (4/16/23) my family ordered an all-meat stuffed pizza with a sauce substitute (changed to creamy garlic) and pineapple instead of ground beef.
At first glance, the pizza looked great, but once cooked, it was apparent the quality was off. The meat, particularly the Canadian bacon, had an off-putting harsh smokey flavor/smell, almost like it was burned. Next, there seemed to be no presence of sauce. Furthermore, the “stuffed” part was deceptive as there was literally only a single layer of meat (as pictured).
Overall, the pizza was mostly bread with sparse meat (other than the added pineapple, which was plentiful) and almost no sauce, making it pretty much inedible. It’s disappointing that my family’s dinner was ruined due to the subpar quality and lack of attention to detail.
It’s too bad because Papa Murphy’s had been quite dependable for us throughout the years.

Super disappointed with this location. We love papa Murphy’s pizzas but we tend to have lots of problems- first off while unwrapping our pizza we found pineapple, onion, and black olive on one side of the crust, (thankfully we are not allergic so we picked it off) even so once the pizza was cooked and cooled we began to cut it and noticed there was an abundant amount of sauce, no complaints because we love sauce BUT the first two bites were over powered by red pepper flakes. I wonder if there was an accident and they decided to add more sauce, either way it was unbearable so we tossed the whole family size pizza
Overall, the pizza is consistently disappointing at this location! I highly suggest a different location.
