Ordered a couple pizzas on “coupon Tuesday ” on line and paid. They were ready as requested. HOWEVER, they were incredibly sparce with toppings, to the point some places you could see crust where sauce and cheese should be even though I requested extra sauce. The actual toppings were equal or less than Red Baron frozen. Huge disappointment. My fault for not looking before I left the store.
The two employees were aloof or needed training in customer service. I was cheerful and wished them both a good evening with the acknowledgement of “yeah”. There weren’t any other customers in the place.
Overall, a disappointment especially after a day of work and looking forward to just popping in a pizza and expecting something delicious as I’ve received from different Papa Murphys. I’ll give one more chance as they’re right off Sunset Highway on my way home from work, no other reason…

The place was insanely busy due to the holiday but the staff was super helpful and in good spirits! My food was delicious and the pumpkin shaped pizza was the added fun I needed for my dinner .

Not worth the money anymore. We used to enjoy their pizza but the crust has gotten so thin you can hardly recognizes it being there one friend told me everything is less including the crust and certainly it is. Treat yourself elsewhere. It worth it anymore. Not worth $12.99.

Ordered online for pick up. Told the customer service person the name for the order and then asked if it was paid for I said yes then was told it was out there, and I asked where and was pointed to a rack of 20 + pizzas to then find my pizza. Once found I had to come back for the salad in which I was again pointed in the direction of an array of salads to then find myself . There was no help at all or just over all customer service. Got home to cook the regular xl pepperoni and there is no outter crust and super thin. Like they skimped on the amount of dough used to save a few bucks. Idk. Been going to papa Murphy my whole life and this was my first experience at the beverton location and I won’t be going back

Take and bake! The pizza is always good. It’s loved by kids & adults. You can customize it however you like. They have all the vegetarian, dairy free, gluten free, & keto options. Whenever I have a gathering, this is always a contender for what I’m going to serve. My favorite right now is the Thai chicken pizza (without the chili flakes – kids). Also tied for first is the gourmet veggie, chicken bacon artichoke, and classic double pepperoni. One day I’ll get all four and die in pizza heaven.
It’s not pizza in Italy, or NY. They don’t have incredible sauce or dough like your grandma, or Von’s in Seattle. But they’re a consistent crowd pleaser with all the options.
One downer though… They discontinued the monkey bread ! I only get pizza here half as much because I dearly miss the monkey bread. I’m saddened every time I think about it. Why Papa Murphy’s?! Whyyyyyy?!

The people I’ve encountered have been great. They Pizza’s full and made really well. The only thing that’s been bugging me is the smell. The store needs an airing out and some Febreze. I do try to order ahead to avoid being in the store for very long. Other than the smell, Everyone and everything has been great.

My order could not be filled at my regular pickup location because all time slots were filled just before closing. I had to drive farther to pick up a pizza at a location which closed an hour later. The employee was friendly and my pizza was ready! I tried the stuffed pizza for a second time with extra sauce. It was a bit soggy so I think I’ll stick to my usual order and forgo with out the topper. Still a great deal for pizza.

Overall the same quality of food as any other Papa Murphy’s, known for their “take n’ bake” offerings at lower prices than other pizza places due to the fact that customers must take the food home and cook it there. However, I like the flavors of their sauces and seasonings a bit more than most other fast food pizza joints, so this is worth it. The place is especially worthwhile on Tuesdays when they offer their known discount on large pizzas, including the special flavors. This location felt a little bit dead in terms of atmosphere, but it wasn’t busy even on a recent Tuesday at least. Service was friendly and gave us our food pretty quickly, though forgot to give the paper reminder on how to heat up the pizzas. Fortunately instructions are easy to find online.

Do not order from this location!! They are absolutely terrible and are really quite unprofessional to put it in a simple way… Long story short I made a reservation last night for two pizzas. I sent my best friend to go get them since I had to put my kids to bed and I literally shared the location from Google that I got the phone number from to her phone which she clicked on and went right there. Well when she got there they told her that they had no idea what she was talking about and that there was no order for my name. She calls me and puts me on speaker and I explained that I was CERTAIN I was calling the right location and that they were not giving me adequate service. They continued to tell me they did not have the pizzas so I said how about make me new ones then? They refused to do that since they were closing in 15 mins. They also told me that they would not upgrade me from a simple large to extra large next pick up order – even though that would cost them virtually nothing. Then I call tonight and the manager apologizes for the situation but also refuses to do anything to fix it.. she tells me the pizzas are in the fridge that I ordered last night and she has no idea why they said they weren’t there. You would think somebody in a managerial position would offer at least some freaking free cookie dough or something but she didn’t. Honestly awful. All in all TERRIBLE customer service and I will never be back.

Yesterday I used the app to order pizza because I just didn’t feel like cooking & I really wanted a salad, had my husband pick them up because I was at work without a vhiecle.
We order pizza a LOT because we live amongst pizza fans. This particular location usually gets our order mostly correct, but yesterday was pretty ridiculous. 2 of the 4 pizzas weren’t made correctly, even though the paper tickets attached states what we wanted. My husband didn’t realize I ordered a salad, it wasn’t with the order & the employee didn’t say anything about it either when he looked over the order when my husband arrived so needless to say……I never got my salad.
What’s the point of having a create your own option if they don’t bother to read the tickets & make them correctly? Also what’s up with never putting the sides with the orders, are they just hoping people forget to take them so they can take those sold unclaimed items home??
