Had a very good experience here today! Ordered some dinner online for my family. Came in and the inside was very clean (love the SpongeBob display) I used the bathroom and it was very clean! The employees got my order right and were very nice. Will be back!

Service is top notch!
The food is ALWAYS cold. Two weeks in a row now I have gone at different times of day and they food was not heated at all. First time cold whopper and cold fries. This morning cold Breakfast Burrito Jr. You can see in the picture that the cheese did not melt. It was just that cold.
I will not return. Please for the sake of safety make sure food is being cooked to the proper temperature.

Staff was friendly but the food was old. I ordered an original chicken sandwich and jalapeño cheddar bites and both were very dry like they had been sitting out for a while. The jalapeño bites were inedible.

Stop leaving good reviews because people are nice.. the food is awful(I worked at BK) they make a bunch ahead of time and let it sit and when you ask for fresh they act like it’s a inconvenience. Made me wait for fresh fries for 15 min while they just laughed and now days you can’t say anything or your a Karen. Why aren’t franchise owners addressing this? Also if you change anything in your order they blatently don’t care and act like you again inconvenienced them.. how is this how businesses operate!?!?!? It’s been exactly a year since I tried this Burger King and it’ll be years before I try it again your staff is terrible.

The Impossible Burger was suggested to me as a selection to try while on a Fast. I ordered one at drive thru and it was tasty, hardly able to distinquish from a regular Whopper.

We walked in and the whole place was smoky,. The food was cold, the coffee was burnt and the lil girl with her hair in a bun was rude, unprofessional, had a server attitude and bitching about everything. Made for a very unpleasant experience. We won’t be back.

This is the best Burger King I have eaten at since I was a kid. The Whopper was fresh and the bun was so soft. Fries were hot and crispy. Onion rings perfect. Service was amazing. Restaurant clean and a great aesthetic. Not sure why the bad reviews unless it has done a complete 180 recently. This will be our go to BK from now on and thankful to have one like it used to be back in the day!!

Ohhhh BK, your remodel is absolutely horrid and boring!!! It’s just drab and grey and the atmosphere is just so cold.. food was cold and bland.
