Perfectly average food – the nachito was probably the highlight from what we ate.
The fajitas were okay, weird that they didn’t give sour cream or cheese or even lettuce to build the fajitas with but maybe this is more authentic?
The atmosphere was overall good, it is a nice big spot so easy to get a reservation at almost any time.
I would not strongly recommend nor not recommend this location hence the rating. It was very decent, okay food.

This is undoubtedly one of the most authentic mexican food spots in the general boston area. Everything holds true to the Mexican food I know of from Latin America. Its excellently seasoned, the portions are perfect, and the cost is reasonable.
I would fully and wholeheartedly reccomend this place to anyone.

It’s been many years since I’ve been here and I don’t know why I waited so long. Great service- gave me habanero sauce when asked. Great food with generous portions. The black beans are smokey – super interesting. The sol spicy margarita was perfectly balanced. Will go again soon

The food here was delicious! The nachos were loaded with cheese and flavor, definitely a must-try. The burritos were packed, meaty, and fantastic, while the margaritas were refreshing and made perfectly. Great spot for a casual dinner, especially when the weather is good and you can sit outside!

I’ve been coming here since the 80s. My family used to come here for our birthdays every year. One of the best things was the complimentary chips and salsa. You would get a huge basket of chips and a nice big bowl of salsa. Now it’s $8.95, and it’s a quarter of the size. Now I have no problem with paying, but damn give a better portion. The staff is super friendly and we love them all. Back in the day, they used to give you a nice Mexican birthday serenade with live music at your table.

Amazing authentic Mexican food, friendly service, delicious drinks, and such a spacious yet cozy space. It was way bigger inside than we expected (had only eaten on patio before), and you can easily get a table. The portions are massive and well-priced. We loved the steak burrito and chiles relleno. The drinks are so flavorful too! Will be back!

People that don’t give this place 5 stars are spoiled or have weird expectations. I give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I really enjoyed the food here. The fajitas are delicious and very yummy. Strongly recommend those. The vibes are chill and the service is great. The chips and salsa are really good too. I strongly recommend this place and will definitely be back. It’s also affordable and the food is delicious! Yum!!!!

Visited this place on a fine evening, luckily we got a table while most of the time you have to reserve one in advance. Enjoyed the outdoor dining and we got the combinations and steak. Firstly, their chips and salsa were amazing and really one of the best I have ever had. It was really fresh and delicious. Drinks were amazing with lot of booze in it. Steak, beans, salads, cheese, chicken, beef, tacos and everything was great and really well cooked. Definitely a great place to visit and customer service was fantastic they were very polite, funny and friendly. Little pricey but it’s in the busy Brookline Beacon Street. Will definitely visit again

Got the $20 chicken burrito and it comes with a full plate. Rice, refried beans, salad and a packed chicken burrito covered in their red sauce. Chips and salsa on the table, Mexican coke always tastes good. Service was really good. Food came out fast.

This place has one of the best fresh salsas and guacamole! The nachos are gonna makes you feel full. However it is best suited for a table of 3 or more. They drinks are good and the staff are accommodating with the customer request. I ordered a guava premium drink and asked them to make it spicy and they really surprised me 🙂
The enchiladas were great as well. Special mention to the in house spicy sauce. They are delicious and you won’t feel the spicy for a second. After you take a taste, you are gonna feel a burn down your throat. I like spicy and it was perfect for me.
Would I recommend this restaurant: hell, yeah. It is a good place for a dinner date 🙂
