We came for date night and waited about 10 to 15 minutes to be acknowledged to even be seated….it was empty…maybe 4-8 different tables of 2 people. We waited 20 minutes for the appetizer, which I wasn’t too upset by but over 30+ minutes for our actual meal when the restaurant was empty is absurd. We didn’t even eat our meals there, just took it to go. Great drinks, variety of food. Only reason I give 3 stars. Worst experience ever in rome!

We really love this place. The food – especially their choriqueso which is the best in town. I’ve tried it at ALL five or six or seven places in Rome and by far – they do it best. Their food tastes authentic rather than like it should be in a mall or on an aisle for tasting in Costco. Lastly their service is excellent and they chop their cilantro when you ask for a side of it which I appreciate. Open late too which is good for us.

The referrals from church were right. The food quality was great and we had Norma as our server. She did excellently. Fair prices and the atmosphere was pleasant. I strongly recommend this place and will return.

This used to be our favorite neighborhood Mexican restaurant. Today I had the worse meal in the many times I have eaten there. I ordered a Chile relleno, taco, rice & beans. The Chile relleno was a blob of some kind of off tasting meat with a few specs of green Chille. The taco was a hard shell that you buy from the grocery store with some ground beef, a couple pieces of tomato, topped with some lettuce. No taste at all. The only redeeming thing was the rice and beans (hard to mess up). We asked for extra napkins, but only got lip service, (no napkins). Also the server that took our order never returned to see how our meal was, and we had to flag her down to get our check after waiting many minutes. I guess I’ll have find another favorite restaurant in the future. 🙁
