Really nice employees, prompt service, but the pizza is sub par at this location compared to other Papa Murphy’s locations. The past three orders at this location my thin crust, half and half pizzas crusts have been unevenly spread causing holes after baking. It still tastes ok, just frustrating for paying $20 for a pizza and having it turn out poorly.

Ordered my pizza and go to pick it up and before walking out specifically asked if this was the Herb chicken Mediterranean. They said yes so I took it out to my car, looked at it more thoroughly and could tell some of the things I added were not there so I go back in and let them know. I get it back basically the same and take it back out to my car to then open it up and check it out. The Mediterranean has spinach, chicken, sun dried tomato, and herbs… and these kids did not put a single one of those items on the pizza, only the things I added, after confirming 3 times that this was the Mediterranean pizza.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a family sized thin crust pizza, got home and this is the pizza we got. I called in and they informed me “you can either come back for a refund or we can write your name down.” I then spoke with the manager who said “so the reason you didn’t get a thin crust pizza is because we were super behind on prep today, so we don’t have any thin crust pizzas made.” Nobody bothered to tell me that on the phone or when I picked up the pizza.

After having such inconsistent results from other pizza chains, we have been getting pizza from Papa Murphy’s. We love the Gourmet Vegetarian and our kids love pepperoni. The Halloween Jack-o-lantern pizzas are so cute and festive. We tried the S’mores bars and it was a fun change from the cookie dough. Service was fast and friendly.

We had the best experience here last night. We got two pizzas, both were delicious. One was a cheeseless papa Murphy’s special and the other was a garlic chicken. The service was fast. The girl who took my order also happens to be dairy free, so she was super helpful about which ones taste good without cheese and not weird about me getting a cheeseless pizza.

Placed an order, and after 5 hours it wasn’t ready. I waited in a line stretching out the door. I waited for an hour, got to the front and was told to go to the pickup line where I was told my order wasn’t ready. I asked for a refund and was told to go back to the line I had just waited in. It was pretty aggravating having just waited to be told they couldn’t check where I was. I was told the manager on duty was Adrian by a kind young lady who had long brown hair and round glasses. I asked if her manager could step aside and talk with customers, and was informed that she was busy, even though she was in eye shot making pizzas up front. I asked why, and she said because the till was broken next to where they wrap pizzas.
