My husband and I walked in around 1030am on 1/11/26 Sunday morning. There were no customers and no staff was at the front. A young man came from the back and did not speak or welcome us. Another young lady came out and also didn’t greet us but went straight to placing our order. She informed me that the smoothie I ordered called for ginger and they were out. Noone realized that at closing last night? Furthermore publix is right across the parking lot to purchase ginger.
It was a cold, unwelcoming experience. As we know, customer service can make or break a business. Please do better!

The SLOWEST tropical smoothie and any form of fast place I’ve ever been to in my life. We waited AN HOUR for 2 smoothies…. And here’s the thing- you basically have to wait bc you’re blocked in by median curbs. Finally pulled up to the window and our order was wrong… unbelievable

I would not recommend getting food from here!!! The smoothies are good but the food is disgusting. I found a hair in my chicken and cheese quesadilla. It’s literally melted inside, whoever is the manager in charge or whoever is doing quality control needs to do a better job at making sure the food comes out perfect and hair free!!!

The food and smoothies are good but the customer service needs work. If you order on the app, make sure you check your order. Twice now, they have forgotten the dressing to my Thai chicken salad. It’s a specialized dressing for that specific salad so without it, it’s basically inedible. Smh

Really disappointed in this location. First off, I couldn’t even understand what they were saying through the speaker in the drive thru then I mentioned I had an online order but they couldn’t find it. Finally they did and my order was simple other than taking off onions and they totally messed up my ‘dilla so I politely asked them to remake it and they looked at me like I was stupid… even though I was polite the entire time and it even specified no onions on the receipt and on the sticker that was on the order itself. And I got the new Lilo & Stitch smoothie, that is supposed to be a teal color to resemble Stitch but it’s this super pale green color. Tastes good though but was still disappointed altogether. And the second ‘dilla I got was somehow way spicier bc they made it with red salsa (which is what it comes with) and red peppers which wasn’t in the first one they made that had onions in it and NO salsa or red peppers. I just don’t get why it’s so hard to read orders and make them correctly the first time but then to also treat me like I’m the bad guy for asking it to be remade the way I asked.
P.s. yall need to add more of the teal powder to make the smoothie match the color as it’s advertised.

Don’t order food from here. Got the Chimi Steak Quesadilla. Supposed to have salsa verde, scallions, tomatoes, cilantro, with queso. As you can see lol, there is nothing but the lowest grade steak I’ve ever tasted, some nasty rubbery cheese. Whatever worker made this, obviously was so beyond lazy lmao. They also forgot one of my sides.

I’ve ordered here 3 times. I’ve never enjoyed a complete order. Twice before I was charged for items I never received from delivery.
Today they would’ve shorted me again but I chose pickup instead of delivery. I let them keep the entire order and chose somewhere else for dinner. I’m over it with being shorted every time I’ve tried this place.
So…. If I take nothing with me, I pay nothing? Wrong. They can’t refund out. Sooooo…. I entered the dispute today with MasterCard while I was waiting for dinner to be made elsewhere.
So ridiculous but, I’m over it tropical … Bottom line, I’ve ordered here 3 times and I’ve never enjoyed a complete order. I’ve been overcharged all 3 times. I work in the same shopping plaza, I’d be ordering every week… I like tropical but, I don’t wanna get ripped off and overcharged anymore, either.

Ordered a baja chicken bowl. It had not one shred of chicken in it. The smoothies are always great but I would not recommend the Baja chicken bowl.

The smoothies are always delicious, but the service is always INCREDIBLY slow. I waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes even though I saw 4 workers and no one inside, 5 minutes before they took my order and another 5 before I paid, then 10 minutes to finally get the smoothie. All I ordered was one smoothie. If I order inside, I have to wait for 10 minutes just to order and another 5-10 for someone to make the smoothie. There are always 3-4 workers, but they never seem to be doing anything besides moving cups around. If I ever want a smoothie now, I order online and pick up 5-10 minutes after the pick-up time, just to make sure they have enough time to make it.
