Ordered 5 meat stuffed crust, white sauce, pineapple instead of pepperoni. Got home baked pizza found out they put red sauce instead of white sauce. Did get the pineapple and paid over 25 dollars for disappointing pizza. They told me my order was correct at the store. Very unsatisfied.

You know it’s going to be a great time when you walk in and get yelled at that they are “extremely busy and overwhelmed”. Things happen I get it but it’s a constant at this location. There isn’t really a point to order anything in advance because you will end up waiting for them to start it when you get there. If staffing is an issue then the management of this location needs to figure it out. I’ve now sat here for 10 minutes and the poor lady that was here when I got here is just getting her order started. I’ve worked in customer service for over 20 years and it’s all in the way you handle the adversity. I feel terrible for the staff as they constantly seem overwhelmed. They were courteous but again this is based off of the last 4 times I’ve come here. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Who ever was working tonight with the glasses was very rude to this girl that asked about her pizza cause shes been waiting for over an hour, then when the girl started crying she wanted to offer her a hug. SO VERY SHITTY CUSTOMER SERVICE, and have to wait years to get a pizza that you have to go home and cook. This is not ok might want to do something about that employee.

I just had surgery and am trying to feed all of my kiddos supper. I ordered the Family Special: 1 cowboy pizza, 1 pepperoni pizza, and 2 sides. I had my Dad pick it up and drop it off for us. When it got here, there were 2 cowboy pizzas. I called and asked for a credit on my account for the pizza that I paid for and did not receive. The Assistant Manager told me, they don’t do that anymore. He’d give me a $3 coupon credit. When I asked to speak to his manager, he became belligerent and rude. He ended the wonderful service by hanging up on me when I asked for his name. We use to swear by Papa Murphys, but this is the fourth problem I’ve had with an order that went unrectified. This is the last pizza we will get.

The worker charged us wrong and was unable to fix it because management was unavailable. Usually I wouldn’t leave a poor review over $10 dollars (paid 62 for the meal) but The teenage boy working there was doing all the work while the girls just walked around. Unfortunately our order was mixed with another’s order so we didn’t get what we wanted or paid for either. The one girl with pink hair who had messed up our order said she would try and text the manager to see what they could do, left for 10 minutes and came back. When I inquired about the outcome she said she forgot to message the manager and left again to “go message them” leaving the other two to try and keep up with the rush. 🙁

This place is disgusting. Pictures are of the dumpster and of the general manger standing in front of the dumpster taking a break and not caring about the trash literally thrown all over the parking lot. The food trash being thrown around is causing a rat problem to the neighboring businesses. I talked to the manager Raul and he didn’t care. I would not get pizza from this place, disgusting!!

I’m don’t ordering from this location. It’s always an issue, either their missing toppings (not out of stock, just forgot to be put on) or the half and half is like 80/20…..but this was the last straw. The dough was so thin and doughy after being in the oven for 25 minutes that it broke as soon as I grabbed a slice. Always a problem, always wrong in one way or another….this place has lost my trust. I’m going to other locations from now on.
