I wish no stars was a thing. I placed a mobile order for 4 people online, I arrived at 6:10pm to pick up my order which was . 1 double cheese burger combo w/ wild fries & Pepsi. 2. Double cheese burger combo w/ green chili fries and starry 3. 4 piece chicken strips w/ wild fries and dr.pepper 4. 4 piece chicken strips w/ green chili cheese fries and dr.pepper. I drive to the window after waiting for a couple customers. The lady at the window asked what my name for my order was so I politely told her my name she shuts the window and comes back with 4 drinks and a bag looked at the receipt and said “ Have a good night” I said I’m so sorry but I should have more bags I had 4 combos. She then walks back to the counter grabs 2 more bags 3 total and hands them to me and says “ this is it” I said thank you so much have a great night , she glares at me and just shuts the window. I arrived home to through the bag and all I have is the 2 burger combos, and 1 chicken strip combo with wild fries. I’m missing a 4 piece chicken strip and green chili cheese fries, I asked for no onions on the burgers… both had onions. They were just poorly put together it was basically a mess in a wrapper. In the one order of chili cheese fries I did get had the saddest amount of fries . I attempted to call to see if they could correct it with no answer. It’s a 15+ min drive for me at this point. This isn’t the first time and I’m sure it won’t be the last time. Very disappointing.

So many good things to say about Good Times! The name about sums it up. Delicious hot and fresh food, clean lobby and restroom. Friendly and courteous staff. Design looks sharp and very comfortable feeling inside and out. First time experience, I will definitely be name dropping this place to friends.

Went here for some food after not having been in a while, when I came to pick it up I heard them say they gave some of it away while they were in the back. Finally got my food, they forgot a drink, no biggie. got home, chicken sandwhich was a brick and obviously old. and they have me a small fry instead of a large. At this point im $30 for 2 meals and pretty annoyed. I go back and they seem nice about it, I had them the old food and receipt so they dont have to just take my word for it. and then they mess the order up AGAIN, and dumped ranch on it which was specifically marked as NO. horrible attention to detail, I dont know how you mess that up again knowing we’ve already been home and come back once, gave up after that, won’t be back if i can expect the same service.

I came to the drive thru and was greeted by a recording. I then try to say I’m ready and I wait and wait. A few attempts later to get the attention of the worker to order he finally acknowledged me I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito which I usually order and it’s always good this time however I don’t know if they didn’t car or what but it was mostly green chile and these disgusting chunks of what appeared to be raw bacon. Please do better there was hardly any egg or potato in it as well. I could call to complain but I feel that wouldn’t do any good so I’m just gonna let the public know.

Placed a mobile order that said it would be ready at 11:53 today, walked in at that time and the employee at the counter said it would be ready in a few minutes. I ended up sitting there for a full 30 minutes While multiple employees stood around and talked. At the point it hit 30 minutes I walked up and asked to cancel my order because I did not have time to sit there all day. Come to find out they apparently forgot about my order and it had been sitting behind the counter for who knows how long So now I have cold food and completely melted shakes. Will most definitely not be coming back

Ordered the special Fresh cracked bacon cheeseburger. This burger is tasty and we love how crispy the bacon is. Unfortunately, this burger is equipped with American cheese now that is something we as Americans should not be proud of! (Done American cheese rant) A good slab of peperjack or Swiss would have made this burger even better. The gentleman at the drive thru is always friendly and he deserves five Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! We will visit again.
