The food was edible but doesn’t “hit” if you’re craving a seafood boil. The lobster was odd, didn’t look or taste like a regular lobster and looked more like a big shrimp or prawn.The lobster rolls were tiny and took up about 1/8th of the plate that was mostly fries. The restaurant wasn’t very busy and there were a lot of staff in uniform. We were a large (6 + a toddler) party and spent most of our meal without drinks, while the waitress was very sweet and friendly we thought the wait time for drink refills was odd considering the restaurant was not busy at all and we were prepared to rack up a bar tab. We were there for a total of two hours, and had to find our waitress so we could get the check and despite having a card ready when getting handed the check, it was another long wait for her to come back to take the card. We were charged for soda refills. Respectfully, we would not return. I wouldn’t recommend trying the buffet style considering a regular visit was 2 hours and buffet style is limited to 1.5 hours. One thoughtful gesture was that the toddlers food came out significantly faster so we were able to feed her before feeding ourselves which was appreciated, but her Mac and cheese was undercooked.

Took my mother and my family here, for my mom’s birthday. The staff was fantastic. They were very accommodating. They also were able to.manage our 9 person table without issue. All the food and drinks came out quick, and at the same time. So no one was sitting waiting for food while everyone else ate. Would highly recommend this place.

We were looking forward to a Cajun dinner. My husband lived in New Orleans, so he was really excited.
Our server was wonderful. Zero complaints about him. The place is super cute. We were surprised that there was almost no one there on a Saturday night.
I had the blueberry margarita. It was very good. Didn’t have the ‘kick’ i would have expected, but the taste was great. My husband usually has bluemoon. But they didn’t have any in stock.
I ordered appetizers for my meal, and asked if everything could come out at the same time.
That didn’t happen, so my food was there while my husband was waiting.
The crab cakes had no flavor and the rock shrimp, which I thought were going to be spicy, were bland. I had to get extra sauce to make them better. My husband got the ocean treasure. The half lobster was over cooked. (The butter is not drawn butter so dont expect that flavor) Although the claw was OK. The shrimp were also over cooked. The scallops were delicious. The veggies that came with it, were just barely steamed through, with no spices. He also got the brussel sprouts, he said they were OK, but more leafy than expected.
As for the table. Our booth seats were so wobbly we had a good laugh about it.
Unfortunately we won’t be going back.

This was my first time ever ordering seafood in this way and doing a seafood boil. Everyone I spoke with was very very very helpful. Answered all of my questions and helped me with my order. When the crab and shrimp arrived I was very very happy with the product. I recommended them to everyone I know and can’t wait to order from them again.

It was my first time ordering from here,the 5th of June to be exact. I ordered the ultimate boil for pickup, pickup time was about 9:25 pm I didn’t check the bag before I left when I got home and open all excited to eat only to notice that the most expensive thing was missing, there was no crab legs in the boil , I was disappointed i called the restaurant but they had already closed. I had no others food so I eat it and called the next day to complain, they offered to make me the crab that was missing from the meal but I would have to pick it up nothing along with it just the crab legs I told them I would like a refund for the crab they told me 7-14 business day I’m still yet to receive my money back.. Called today and the person I spoke was asking for the whole information on my card security and all I find the sketchy, so I hang up

Meh. The service was meh, the server looked like she’d rather throw herself off a building than be there. The food was okay, but the portions were small way too small for the price. I got the ultimate sea food boil and added muscles to it, literally every other muscle was empty and the meat portion was not in the sauce. My friend got the lobster rolls and they were TINY literally looked like an appetizer even though it was an entree. Other friend got the steak and lobster, and they did not give him a lobster they gave him a prawn—not cool very misleading menu. So service was meh, food was okay but expensive and tiny portion sizes. I wouldn’t go here again.

Absolutely phenomenal experience at Cajun Claw! The crawfish were perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor with every bite. The raw oysters were incredibly fresh and paired wonderfully with their selection of sauces. And don’t even get me started on the shrimp cocktail – simply divine! A must-visit spot for anyone craving authentic Cajun cuisine. Can’t wait to go back for more!

Visiting from the UK. First time at Cajun Claws. Absolutely brilliant, there were 5 of us in total, we all ordered the Lobster Rolls and had Crab Boils each too and the calamari was crispy and tasted great. The food was insane! So delicious just wanted to eat more. The Service was incredible our server was extremely helpful when choosing and she checked in on us every time we were served refilled drinks every time. Atmosphere was very welcoming the restaurant itself was one I would definitely return too. I just hope your other branches are just as good.
