Ive have many mistakes here and I never complain. Usually no big deal. but kind of getting tired of it. I know these kids work hard. And try their best. Nothing against them. More so management training. But come on I have to stretch my pizzas out to actual size and build crust myself since looks like cut by a child maybe every other time. I decided not to try and fix it this time let’s see how it turns out. that should be apart of the experience. Bring it home try to fix it. It almost looks better like a fancy fire stone gourmet pizza. Still taste the same decent. . Just weird shapes they’re doing now with crust. And all 3 look like that but let’s just show the best. No one will reply to this and I’m just to nice to break their kind hearts. More so want management to nicely fix this issue. Once is one thing. Anyways. Thanks

Aug 24 2025 at 1830. Whatever “crew” works this shift is miserable. No sense of urgency, no communication. I made an online order, showed up to my order not complete, which is normal if its busy no big deal. I then proceeded to wait 30 additional minutes in the store front before my order was even started. A walk-in got their order paid for and completed before mine was even started. The heavyset boy couldn’t be bothered to help the other employee make pizzas but had time to change the song that was playing and complain about “all the orders”. I received a large sigh and mumbling under his breath when I let him know I didn’t receive part of my order, a cinnamon wheel, and that I would wait while he made it. I know I don’t know the ins and outs of this establishment but I think 15 more minutes making one wheel is a little outlandish. I would have went out to a nice restaurant if I wanted to wait over an hour for my food.

We want pizza as a fun dinner for birthday, so ordered, baked and really enjoyed our tasty meal. Ordering was easy, as was baking, the storefront staff were pleasant, storefront was clean, staff did a fabulous job!!

I ordered via the Papa Murphy’s app, which was EZ. When I arrived at the store, my pizza was ready, and the staff were friendly. The pizza had the right toppings, and the right amount of toppings – it was yummy!

Papa Murphy’s is awesome.. however this location needs some help/ training. I always order the exact same thing for my family of 5. The last 5 times the pizzas have been sad looking. And less than normal amounts of toppings. And this is just this location. Tonight was the worst. We ordered a Hawaiian stuffed crust. And there’s little chunks of chicken(which yes, it happens) but you can clearly see the chunks on it even from a quick glimps , and barely any cheese and pineapple. It looks rushed. Example below. I think I woulda been better off ordering from a competitor.
I only gave them 2 stars because I did see the manager wanted sign on the door, so im guessing they have no one to keep them accountable.
I’ll try again in a little bit to see if maybe they’ve stepped their game up.

I order a pizza every Tuesday. I order on-line and the pizza is always ready when I arrive. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I make some changes to our pizza and it’s always correct. Oftentimes, we also order the cookie dough or the cheesy bread and all of their food has been great.

Already input my experience with which but when I got to the end and tried to look at your terms it bumped me out of the program so it’s not able to hit the final response. Thank you Faye Keller, Long time Emmett resident and Papa Murphy’s customer. The young man and women there did an exceptional job they always do and I don’t tip pizza places and I always tip them because they are exceptional in the way they treat me as a customer I thank them each time and they are always polite and do their job the best they can and always seem to have a smile!
