I went to get a heart shaped pizza for Valentine’s Day. The guys who made it didn’t really seem to know what they were doing, and when I got home the pizza was so stuck to the cardboard disc it came on I couldn’t even peel it off to get it into the oven. Total waste of time and money.

Love the Pizza by the way! It took almost 40 minutes to order using the app. Fresh download. I have a 6 month old phone and by the time the order was finished the pickup time was too short. Had to go back in and select a new time and it took more than 5 minutes just to do that. App needs work, press a button and wait 10 seconds for it to activate.

Walked in at 6:54 with the understanding that they close at 7 after rushing across town to make it in time. There were 2 people in front of me in line however I was told “Unless you have a call in order or online order, we close at 7 and are no longer taking any orders.” I replied “But it’s not 7 yet…” with no response. The dough and ingredients are right there, what is 1 more pizza that’s just assembled and not cooked if I made it in time before closing? This remains my favorite pizza place in town, which shows why I made such an effort to make it in time instead of a $6.99 2 topping from some other popular pizza place.

Great pizza, great service. We love the crispy crust and the ton of vegetables on the Veggie Delite pizza. We customize a lot and they get it right. I love the convenience of ordering online and being able to pick it up without waiting. It’s not dine-in, the “atmosphere” is not really a thing.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I pulled in the parking lot at 7:23 on a Saturday night where they don’t close until 8. As I was in my car digging in my purse for a card one of the employees was trying to be cute and made his way to the door and locked it and then turned the open sign off knowing i was about to come inside. There were two other employees in there as well and just laughed and no one even tried to unlock the door since this was done well before closing. I will not be spending another dime here. I drove an hour out of my way to get a pizza but yet was unable to because of the teenage workers that obviously do not care about their job or the reputation of the store.

Very polite and friendly. My daughter has several food allergies and the shift manager went out of his way to work with us. He was very polite and accommodating. All of the staff couldn’t have been any nicer.
