Jerry. One thing, a lot of corporations do not understandn Is how important some of their employees are because it brings people back and makes their company money, which means in return. They should compensate their employees as well for doing such an amazing job. I believe highly in this since I have been in the food industry for Uber 15 years worked at very many fast food and restaurants, where year after year, I see very good employees lost. Turn over rate is incredibly high for jobs, just like yours. Appreciation sometimes can go overlook , and I completely understand when there are how many stores here in minnesota. The whole point of this was I got exceptional service tonight. My needs were met fast and was considered enough to answer all of my questions and I’m telling you, I probably had too many questions and it was met with quite a bit of understanding and also curiosity within something. I enjoyed my experience at your store.I do expect to see more than just one person working , or maybe at least somebody to give recognition to this man “Jerry with a J”.

Always great pizza at this location. Order online and they are usually ready within a half hour for pickup, which is really easy. Just walk in, look for it in the pickup rack, and you’re out and on your way home to a great pizza that also makes excellent leftovers when reheated. The Tuesday deals are the best!

I came to get gift cards. Running a promotion of spend 25.00 on gift cards, get 5.00 free. The first employee was trying to help, but since I needled 200.00 in gift cards, he had a manager come do the transactions. We had counted out the gift cards to run, and not only did I not get even a 5.00 promotional gift card, he decided at 170.00 he was done, picked up the 3 remaining cards and put them back. I’ve had really great service at the north store, but I’ll avoid the south store from now on.

First I wanna say this is my favorite pizza of all time and all of the staff working in there were friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs, even with the holiday rush of heart shaped pizzas, with the exception of One of the employees was extremely rude not only to the guests but also to his co workers mumbling things under his breath and saying degrading things about both the guests and his coworkers when asked a simple question. He snapped on me for asking where to order replying with see the sign that says order here, I would guess that’s where. It was Friday February 14th in the early afternoon in the store on the south side of Rochester in the Hy-Vee shopping center. My boyfriend and I came up from Florida and I had been talking about how much I miss Papa Murphy’s pizza and made a special trip down to Rochester just to get one of the stuffed pizzas an hour out of our way in both directions …..the PIZZA WAS AMAZING AS ALWAYS and did not disappoint after 6 years it’s still my favorite but that guy ruined not only our mood but his poor coworkers you could see it on their faces. The poor girl bringing out the online orders was really getting crap from him for no apparent reason honestly can’t see why there would be a reason to treat anyone that way especially in place of business. I been working in restaurants for almost 20 years and I’ve seen a lot and that guy definitely seems to be a toxic employee
