I will probably only use this location from now on. I used to like switching it up between Catalina and 8th street, but the Catalina location went from very friendly to off-the-deep-end-rude. Sure, there have been employees at 8th street in the past that weren’t perfect, but they still treat customers like customers at 8th street. Catalina does not. The pizza is a bit better here at 8th St as well, a bit more flavorful.

So I went in and ordered the pizza, and while ordering the pizza the cashier, Ruby, was not really listening to me, she kept talking over me but I let it go since I was tired since I went after work and also it wasn’t that bad. I leave for 15 minutes and come back to get my order and I get into my car, that’s when I realize she didn’t hand me the crazy combo and I checked the receipt and it shows that I wasn’t charged. She asked me if I needed anything else and I started to explain to her that i didn’t get the crazy combo but I knew I had to pay for it since she didn’t charge me for it anyways and before I could explain or finish, she cuts me off saying “no I remember you only wanted the pizza and wings” and doesn’t let me talk again. I get fed up and just tell her that either way that I want it and She continues on about how I’m wrong she’s right because if not she would remember about me asking her for crazy combo. All that to say, the service today was not great.

This has been about the third time not to have a good experience at Somerton’s Little Caesars. Wrong wing order one time. Next they made the wrong pizza and then they made me wait another 20 minutes for their mess up. Then this last time they were saying that they couldn’t make a deep dish with the items I ordered then they charged almost $5 more than usual. Manager or cashier not very helpful.

Pizzas at this location used to be delicious. Now you are greeted by long lines and no available hot-n-ready pizzas. Manager needs to step up his skills to keep up with what the clients want. We want faster service by having more hot-n-ready pizzas available for us to quickly pickup and pay for them without having to wait in line. I may give this chain another chance, but I really doubt it since they have a sign posted that the cashier should tell each customer about online orders….this defeats the purpose of the hot-n-ready.

Love little ceaser but the general manager there counting money does not even say hello first. I was manager I’d be welcoming any customer. If i did not wanna have any Interactions with customers I’d be in the back where uur not the first person the customer sees.

This store and every location in Yuma for some reason is discriminating against those who are on assistance. Almost like there religion won’t allow them to acetone money from those who are in assistance. It would do some good if fast food resturaughnts got with the program because for some of us who need to eat it’s imapritive that we are able to find sustenance.
