They have great pizza. Tuesday’s it’s crazy for the $10 deal but you would never know it by looking at the staff. They always greet you as soon as you open the door. Have the atmosphere lower because it is small so if your waiting for your pizza there isn’t much room for multiple people.

We order our pizza well in advance. When we first started ordering pizzas it would be waiting on one of the pick-up trays near the door. The first store manager of Papa Murphys would make the pizza then make sure it was out on time. We would walk in and pick it up and be on our way. They now have a new manager the pizza is still made earlier no problem, but now the new manager doesn’t attempt to get the pizza out of the refrigerator and put it out on the shelf. So now we have to wait anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes while other customers place their orders. We are not the only customers that this is happening to. A little planning by the manager so we could just come in and pick-up our pizza, would sure be nice.

The sausage have decreased in size and ingredients in quality over the past half decade plus coming to this location. We still enjoy it but reminisce at this point over “the good times” including chunks of fennel sausage and whole clove roasted garlic- nom. The pizza also burnt today- from the tray. It has never happened before – we hope the other items are safe to cook our food on – as advertised – lol yikes.

I ordered my pizza online and was given a 30 minute pickup time. I got to Papa Murphys early in about 15 minutes or so and the store was real busy so I figured I’d have to wait awhile. I decided to check anyway and my pizza was ready and waiting for me!! What service!

Pay more and get less. This is the 3rd time I paid for an original large pepperoni pizza and gotten half the amount of toppings as they are supposed to use. This is not a family special which used to be the discount pizza with 30 pieces of pepperoni. It is a full priced pizza with only 32 pep slices. It’s supposed to have 60 according to papa Murphy’s face book page. I’m too tired to get in an argument with some kid making minimum wage. I guess I’m not going to come back until a manager fixes these issues. Too bad I like the pizza when it was made like it used to be.
Edit: I also want to point out that Papa Murphy’s responded with a link with a form for me to fill out saying that they will make it right. I completed the form and nothing has been done. Also after unwrapping the pizza I only counted 28 slices of pepperoni so my initial review was an over estimation of the lack luster toppings i received. I’m bummed, my family gets pizza every Friday from there. Guess frozen pizza is on the menu from now on.
