I ordered 2 foot longs tried using my coupon didn’t realize it had expired by a couple of days, I get these coupons all the time in the mail usually 3-4 sheets the worker refused the coupon so she wasted 2 foot longs by not honoring the coupon, a lost for the company, probably will not be going back.

Informed staff a fly was on my sub meat which was incomplete. She rudely asked you don’t want it and I replied no. She then proceeded to say well you go to Barb-b-ques and there are flies. I was completely appalled and asked for name of manager which she stated she was the manager. I asked for the number of whomever was over her as well as the owner of establishment and she said she did not have. If she thinks this way, it causes me to question her preparation and handling of food provided to the customers despite having a A rating. I don’t believe this would go over well with Department of Health and Environmental control. Although, there is a sign indicating this subway is privately owned; there was no contact number to call for customers’ complaints or concerns; therefore, I chose to write this review instead.

The owner is extremely passionate at this location about making sure his customers are happy! The subs have the right amount of ingredients that they should. We go an extra 10mins out of our way to this Subway because of the proportions and customer service. Highly recommend!

We just left this subway and I didn’t get the guy’s name who was working with an accent but he was great!! He was by himself and there were several customers in line. He greeted everyone as they came in, was polite and fast.

went there today and i dont usually have issues with this one but i was half way through my sandwhich and there were 2 chicken bones that i bit into. they were like chicken splints. very unsatisfied. they also forgot to put sauce that i ordered on it and it was a very sloppy sandwhich. they didnt cut the sandwhich and all the fillings were more outside of the sandwhich then inside. i had to throw away the rest of my sandwhich (i got a foot long and only ate half of a 6inch). i called up there and of course there wasn’t a manager i could speak to so no one could help me at all. definitely wont be going back. i spent over 20$

Food was good but whoever the new employees are could use an attitude adjustment. Usually the guy who works there by himself is super patient and kind. There was a new lady there today and she was absolutely vile towards both my husband and I for absolutely no reason. I come to this store at least once a week. I’ve never had an issue. I’ve never been rude or impatient, never have I minded waiting however long I need to. My husband and I barely spoke 5 words to this lady and were told not to come back after she slammed the drive thru window on us and spoke to us with nothing but attitude and disrespect.

The new lady who works there (idk her name, she must have just been hired because it’s usually a guy there working alone) .. working last weekend around 1pm… needs a different job. I don’t understand why people like her even get jobs working with the public. She was miserable to speak to from the start. Nothing but rude. Attitude for absolutely no reason. She yelled at me to not come back because I asked if i could get the chips I paid for.

Great service & food! Went in the other day for dinner with the family. The server (thin young guy with brown hair & glasses) was so very patient with my kids & helped them with thier order. He served us with a smile & the food was great! No issues or mistakes with my order. This is a real feat since he had to deal with my kids! Great food & great service! We will definitely be back!
