I really wanted to give this place 5 stars after my first experience. Even a few subsequent orders were decent.
Now two disappointing experiences in a row. I got the Double Trouble burger. The fries were already cold and stiff when I opened the box (I only walked across the street after purchasing).
The burger was more cheese/sauce than meat (again, two patties on this burger).
They are capable of great food. Maybe it’s just one employee doesn’t care. But I only do 2 strikes with food. Then you’re out. Especially when your burger is $17 without a drink.

I live a block away from this joint. The first few times we ordered from here, the food was delicious. But the last few times have been disappointing. The burger and fries were cold and didn’t have the same taste it once did. I’ve gone from recommending this place to friends and family to not likely visiting for a while. I hope they turn things around soon.

I got a burger, chicken sandwich, chicken tender and fries. The food didn’t taste bad but I’ve had a lot better elsewhere. The chicken was overcooked and a bit dry. As others said it’s NOT Nashville hot chicken, despite the name of the restaurant. The burger lacked flavor but it was better than the chicken.
They replaced my banana pudding with two Pepsis, which was better than nothing, but it would be better to contact the customer to ask what they want to do if an item is sold out. Also even better than that is to temporarily remove items from the menu when they are sold out.

IMO. This joint is dirty, dusty, and musty. I almost canceled my order after asking to use the bathroom. Ordered 4 piece chicken and fries. Chicken was flavored okay but was dry. Fries were so oily most likely from old oil. Would not come back and would not recommend.

I’ve been ordering from here every single week since my first time ordering. The burgers are SO good and the buns are so SOFT. The fries seasoning pairs perfectly and the idk sauce can go right on the burger or be a good dipping sauce.

They just opened for the day, so food took about 15 mins but it was fresh and good. Hearty portions and tasty. Waffle was a little too sweet but still delicious and the “hot” chicken was a comfortable amount of hot.

This place has had many identities and I was a bit skeptical but this concept is the best one yet! You must try this place! Easy ordering system and quick preparation highlight some of the best quick food in the neighborhood. Worth coming from other neighborhoods too! Loaded fries are not to be missed and of course get a smash burger because the brioche roll makes the sandwich! Enjoy!

I order on Uber eats. I love the food here. I’m not the biggest fan of the sauce but they accommodate me so I still order. The burgers are delicious great size for price. Very nice people as well. I will definitely everything on the menu.

I really enjoyed this burger. It was well seasoned. The special sauce is reminiscent of bigmac sauce bit with its own twist. The fries were golden brown with a light fluffy center and well seasoned. Great place for a quick bite to eat. The best part is they’re open until 2am most nights.
