I called in a gourmet vegetarian pizza and drove all the way from Oshkosh to Waupaca and got home and found the entire pizza was loaded with chicken. I called and talked to the store. They put me on hold for 10 minutes before picking the phone back up and told me that they needed to serve their in-store customers first and all she kept repeating over and over is that she has multiple 15-year-olds there training today and they need practice. Terrible customer service. I told her to have them practice and send the pizzas home with their family and not the customers.

5* if you tip 20% for a pizza you have to drive from and to your house to pick up/use your own electricity/gas to cook… if you tip 15% or less be prepared to have to add your own cheese to fill bald spots on the pie etc. Ever since they introduced the forced tip option when ordering online my friends and I have noticed a strong correlation between the quality of the pie you get and how much you tip.

All I have to say is, overall I love the pizza! My go to place for easy dinner. But I also absolutely love working here. It’s a fun and enjoyable job and the team is friendly and welcoming and great to work with! Definitely worth the wait! Staff are helpful and patient. Highly recommend if you’ve never been.

So I usually don’t have an issue, but this time OMG. They weren’t even busy, my pizza got VERY poorly made. I order the same 2 pizzas and this time it was missing HALF the toppings(THEY DIDNT EVEN MEASURE RIGHT, THEY RUSHED IT), AND the pizza had almost NO sauce. I WILL NOT be eating here again. That was bogus of them to straight skimp on two pizzas.
