God i love their normal pizza but the vegan cheese is really not great. To be fair im not vegan and just gave it a shot. Ive heard its good on the vegan cheese side, but even then its a pretty low bar. It has the texture of glue and is made with coconut oils. Not a fan. BUT pizza with the normal cheeses is fantastic. Its nice they went out of their way but the texture is just not great. Very nice staff.

I wish there was an option to contact them directly. Usually, our pizza is top notch. The last 2 didn’t turn out well. It seems like something was wrong with the baking trays. The pizzas burned right away and stuck to the trays which were blackened after 12 minutes. Never experienced this before.

Friendly staff. Order was done early. Food was fresh and delicious tasting. Papa Murphy is consistently good pizza. I also love how this location has a drive-thru for pickup!

I called in a gourmet vegetarian pizza and drove all the way from Oshkosh to Waupaca and got home and found the entire pizza was loaded with chicken. I called and talked to the store. They put me on hold for 10 minutes before picking the phone back up and told me that they needed to serve their in-store customers first and all she kept repeating over and over is that she has multiple 15-year-olds there training today and they need practice. Terrible customer service. I told her to have them practice and send the pizzas home with their family and not the customers.
