When me and my friend (purchaser of pizza) walked in. The cashier and the other employee had horrible attitudes right off the bat. We looked at the menu and the cashier that checked us out was very crass in the was he said things. Not polite at all. He was very vague and gave rather condescending answers. The pizzas were thrown together but obviously edible. Employees need to be retrained on hospitality.

Drove from Trego for my birthday pizza. Web site and door said open til 7. Well here I am and NOT open. Atleast update the website please. Drive 80 miles for nothing. Gas 350 a gallon and on my truck it cost over 18 dollars. Sad and disappointed

Was wanting to order a gluten free pizza but didn’t understand what was available for gluten free toppings. Sorry, my bad. So I asked some questions but I couldn’t understand what the lady kept mumbling when she supposedly answered me and she seemed fed up with me the minute I walked in the door. Not friendly in the least or helpful. When I asked about the garlic sauce- she said that it was just ranch sauce together with garlic sauce. Well, about said garlic sauce- I’d like to know for sure that there’s no gluten in that! Not accommodating or kind at all. Embarrassed that I couldn’t understand and feeling like this isn’t taken seriously I just gave up and ordered a gluten free pizza from dominos.

Arrived at Rice lake location at 9:35 this am. Website says opens at 10:00 am. Waited until opening time to try the door. Printed sign on door says opens at noon, sign next to door says 10:00 am. Went to quick trip on my way out of town and picked up a deli pizza. Was planning to buy two cowboy pan pizzas☹️
