By far Papa Murphy’s is the best bake at home pizza. Don’t buy frozen grab a pizza here. Fast, clean, friendly staff. I recommend this establishment to anyone who wants good service and a delicious pizza, salad, and sides.

Ordered online. Pizza was poorly made. Sausage was piled on basically in one area of the pizza, hardly any cheese on the pizza and the remaining ingredients were just tossed on in a pile. Very frustrating when your are forced to tip when ordering online and end up with a very sloppy pizza.

My partner politely asked that a mistake on our pizza be corrected, it was related to a food allergy and the manager agreed it had been made wrong. The teenage staff members reacted very poorly and made a show of dumping the pizza in the trash and ignoring her apologies and thanks while making a new one, despite having three people on staff and no one else in the store. I’ve never left a bad review for any restaurant in my life but this displayed such a lack of emotional patience or intelligence by these employees after they made a mistake. We don’t expect everyone to have huge smiles or seem excited about working but being rude to a nice person doesn’t do any good for anyone involved. Please do better.

Love this place, we frequently get pizza here and it’s consistently good! Take out is fast and efficient, staff is kind. Bryson is a great employee, super friendly and accommodating and the manager Jen is kind as well. Would highly recommend, Tuesdays especially when the pizzas are on sale!

The pizzas we eventually received tasted great. The PM app to order the pizzas is very slow and not customer friendly. We ended up calling the local store to order our pizzas. The staff and service at the Verona, WI PM store were wonderful to work with on the online ordering app and we’re very professional. Great staff!
