I was trying to make an order at 10:30pm. Was told they closed at 11 and couldn’t take my order, when the website clearly states they close at midnight. Was told they were hit by a tornado and didn’t have enough supplies. All I ordered was a pepperoni pizza. The tornado hit 3 days ago. when I mentioned that, she laughed at me and I heard others in the background do the same. I get that places run out of supplies but, have they been out of supplies since then or were they being lazy and wanting to leave early. This place is disrespectful and will no longer get my business

this manager lady refuses to deliver to me any longer because i’ve called and complained about the big bubbles they put in the centers of my cheese sticks and my pizza. i think it’s not fair that i pay money that i worked hard for and im a regular customer, my food should be on point each time i order from them.

Excellent made pizza. Usually order once a month. Staff has been awesome pizza delicious and made exactly how I ordered it. This Papa Johns has greatly improved in the last two years from the staff inside to the delivery personnel. Thank you all so much.

I want to give them a five star as the ingredients are always fresh and delicious, but they can’t seem to get my order right on getting square cut. It’s annoying to have to always have them check and find out it’s not square cut. They do offer to make you another pizza, but that takes an additional 10-15 minutes to get. If they can get the square cut orders right, I’ll gladly update to give stars!
Update: Five stars as they have been diligent about checking for square cut. Always delicious, fresh ingredients. Our once or twice a month go to splurge.

All I can say is what amazing staff. My husband has been sitting in the parking lot of papa John’s for almost 2 hours waiting on a tow truck. Out of no where a young gentleman walked up to my husband with a fresh hot pizza on the house the kid hoped my husband’s day gets a little better.
That young man brought tears to my eyes, for having such a big heart.
Thank you to all the kind staff that made the decision to help brighten my husband’s day and to make sure he ate dinner.

Let me start off by saying the manager that works at this location is the worst I have ever worked with at a pizza location. She is rude, loud, disrespectful and lies. This franchise location is dirty, and gross everywhere you look. She treats her employees like trash. She needs to be addressed and let for the sake of this location. She thinks she can speak to customers any way she wants because of her title. I would enjoy speaking and address my concerns with her outside of papa johns.
