Had no problems with this place for the longest time, but the last two visits have been dreadful. Staff seemed poorly trained, pizzas were nothing short of awful and seemed to be missing ingredients too. Not sure what happened to this location recently but until they sort it out, you’d be better off with store bought frozen pizza!

I had went into this location last Tuesday about 25 minutes before closing and was turned away due to them being “online orders only.” This Tuesday I ordered online at 4pm (closing is at 7). I entered the store at the time my order was to be ready (30 minutes) and checked the rack and my pizzas were not there. Immediately an employee (assuming the one in charge) yelled at me I had to order online. I explained I already did, and she proceeded to yell I needed to pay online too. I again stated I already did. She then asked my name and found my 2 pizzas were still being made. Once finished I was handed my order and I immediately noticed there were onions on the pizza that I had ordered without onions. I mentioned it to the guy who handed me the ordered and he told me there wasn’t onions on it. I pointed out there were and the woman who yelled at me before asked what the problem was. He told her I didn’t want onions and she told me that’s how I ordered it. I told her it wasn’t and repeated what it was supposed to be. She had someone remake the pizza and never apologized or anything. Before leaving a man walked in and he was allowed to order in the store, so again not sure why I keep being told online only?? Overall it was a bad experience. The store was dirty, staff unorganized, poor customer service, and the woman in charge (short black lady) needs training in customer service and management. There were 5-6 people working so short staffed wasn’t the issue.

Got the new bacon pizza & there was so little bacon on it I couldn’t believe! The person making it didn’t weight the ingredients or care how the pizza looked. I’m not sure if it was just the person making it not caring or the owners telling them to skimp. It sure doesn’t make me want to give them my business.

Not sure how its even possible to order 5 toppings and have them “scattered” on about 1/3 of the pizza? Onboard training (or just common sense) would show that if toppings are put on a round pizza in a circular motion almost every piece would get lucky enough to at least have a topping or two on it! I’m hoping that the customers who pay the automatic online 15% gratuity get a better prepared pizza. And I’ll bet they also get heating instructions included. Sad

If you attempt to order more than 2 pizzas in store you’ll be reminded that you should call in the order first otherwise…nothing (there was no one else in the store). Additionally if you order a gluten free pizza along other pizzas they’ll make the latter first, not change gloves then make the allergy specific one. Would not recommend this location.
