Food was great. They prepared it fast and accurate. However the cashier was wearing an air pod and I had to repeat my order at least 3 times. I was very frustrated and told my son sheesh she should take the air pod out if she’s talking with customers and she yelled she could hear just fine. I said that’s great then why did I have to keep repeating my order. And another lady was like uh are you done?
Yeah I’m done eating here because if you can’t hear with the air pod in your ear you should probably take it out. I spent $60 and I likely won’t be back.

We placed a pickup order for lunch. Received confirmation email of our order. We drove to pick up our order at the designated time and the store was closed. Doors are locked, lights are off. The store hours indicate it should be open, our order was received and we were charged for it.
Went haven’t been able to get through to anyone when we call.
I’d love to be able to get a refund since we never received any food. But not sure how to since they won’t answer the phone.

10.99 Tuesday apparently means 1/4 of the toppings. I am very dissatisfied with the portions and will not spend my $ on a pizza that doesn’t have ingredients in every bite. People were nice, ingredients fresh and it was clean however.

Filing a formal complaint against the “so called” manager who wouldn’t give me any information as far as their corporate number, manager info, nothing. Yelled at me and I have it recorded along with 4 other people listening on speaker phone. She shpuld be fired along with orobably most od the staff they currwently have.

First time back since re-opened. Never be back. Spent over 30 minutes to get a simple pizza and a garden salad. The two guys working were obviously challenged. The guy had to get a photo of a garden salad and tried to wing it from a picture. Had no idea on how to make a pizza. The tomato sauce was spread only in the middle leaving at least 3 to 4 inches untouched. Next time I’ll make the trip to speedway. Plainfield just plain awful.
