We placed an order for carry out on this visit. The lady who took our order was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Our order was ready on time and was correct. They even gave us paper plates and napkins which was nice since we were going to be eating at a park. The pizza was hot and fresh and we enjoyed it very much. It’s a little difficult to rate a place when I didn’t go inside, but for a carry out order I would definitely recommend this Papa John’s location and we will definitely be going back again.

I ordered pizza and when I got home, I opened the box and there were at least 5 ants in the box. I have no ants in my car or house that I keep clean. Worried about the food safety of this restaurant. Will definitely never get food from here again.

Went with my sister to pickup two large pizzas. It is usually routine for us on a Friday to buy pizza for the family. We arrive only having to stand in line 20 minutes and watch employees run around not knowing what to do. I was very appalled to hear the manage cuss these young employees out. After we left, not checking our pizzas cause we were so upset by the service and demeanor of the manager we got home to realize that they were not even our pizzas! Half a hour later and a very stern phone call to the manager we were able to get our correct food. Definitely lost my service and plan on going across the street to pizza hut or Mozzis from now on.

Most unprofessional Manager ever! Ordered online, was told it would be another hour longer, when I showed up to pick up my order. I asked why, was told they didn’t know, I told them that there system was broke and needed fixed. Ordered a large works pizza without green peppers and onions on half of it. When I got the pizza it’s was half cheese and half pepperoni and black olives. 25$ for that non sense. Never again will I order from here. That was the 3rd order in a row they messed up. And no I don’t ever accept the free remake. How about just giving me my money back or Making it right the first time.

I ordered delivery, it never came. I called the store. Chris said the order had been delivered 5 minutes earlier. Had i checked my porch. I said yes, i had checked. I was frustrated because i dont walk well. They offered that i could get a refund or a pizza delivered in about an hour. I really wanted pizza so i offered to pick it up if they could bring it out to my car because my walking is bad. They stated they could definitely bring it out. I arrived and waited. They saw i had pulled up. I called inside. They answered the phone and then hung up several times. Then the answered finally. They said i should come in and pick it up. I was in tears, but i drug my bad leg to the door. I asked if my pizza was ready,as i hung on to the door frame. They said yes , come in. I told them i was barely able to walk. I was going back to my car. I asked, how could they be so cruel. By then i was crying very hard. A young man placed my pizza in my car. He said he didnt know why i was crying. I said because i hurt very badly. I asked what his name was. He said Chris. I paid in advance with a delivery charge and a tip. I would have given 0 stars but that isnt possible.

Wife ordered a pizza at 12:48. The delivery estimate was 46 minutes. Over an hour later she contacted the store and apparently a Doordarshan driver came and picked up the pizza, then canceled the order and didn’t return the food. Neither this location nor Doordash informed us of anything. At least that’s the poor explanation given to us. Absolutely ridiculous that service like this is ever accepted and hopefully the person my wife and I spoke with sobers up enough to actually complete their shift since it would take 5-10 seconds before receiving a “uuuuhhhh oh yeah” to pretty much anything I said. Horrible
