We ordered online, the double take deal – two large, two topping pizzas for $19.99. We customized one pizza to be a stuffed crusted Philly cheesesteak. Somehow the deal didn’t go through and we only received the customized pizza. We called to the store and spoke with Trey, he tried, however, but he wanted us to pay another $20 for the second pizza. We then spoke to Logan, the manager on duty, and he said we would have to pay $8.99. Why should we pay when it was supposed to be part of the deal? Logan gave the excuse that it was because we ordered the stuffed crust and that it wasn’t part of the deal, even though that was one of the few options given. I ended up going to the store and Logan did decide to give us the second pizza for no charge. I will also add that while on the phone, Logan deliberately put my wife on hold for 7 minutes. Trey picked up the phone and was surprised that she was still on hold. Logan had an attitude the entire phone call and was unwilling to budge until I went in. We will refrain from ordering Papa John’s for a while.

Even with atmosphere at a 2, the store still gets 5 stars. It’s because you don’t go there to eat in. You don’t need a two million dollar building. You need tasty pizza. And that’s what I get from there. It’s an old building but it’s clean on the inside. The Elwood store location is perfect for me. Right in-between Kokomo and Alexandria. Make sure to use Google maps, the signage isn’t real good. Easy to miss.

This has nothing to do with the staff or the food they are all wonderful, I ordered a papa bowl for the first time, super excited not a fan of bread, anyway I got the item pulled out of the box, basically 1 cup of meat cheese veggies and sauce total, it’s a little upsetting to pay 8 dollars for a meal that won’t be filling at all. I just wanted to throw the info out there

No atmosphere, because everything is carry out. For my daughter, who has a strange aversion to melted cheese, this is the only pizza she’ll eat. What does that say about their cheese? I’m not sure, but the pizza is part, for chain pizza. And their breadsticks are better than these other big chain.

There is always some kind of deal going on that can save you money on your order. The pizza is great, always delivered on time and hot when it arrives. I order delivery from this Papa John’s all the time, and I have never been disappointed. Plus, by about every 4th order I’ve earned an extra $10 off. The online ordering system makes it very easy, too.

The food is always good. Twice we have ordered contactless delivery. twice the delivery driver is not wearing a mask and waited for us to come to the door to hand us the pizza. We tipped online that he stood there for a second like he was waiting for some money. Just left my house and threw my receipts on my floor. I said we ordered contactless delivery. And he said well I still need to knock and threw the receipts.
