This is highly disrespectful to make me wait an additional 10 mins after it was confirmed my food was ready just to serve me this and not even give me the rice I ordered. Look at this slop! Burnt pieces, dry meat and lucky the store doesn’t have a phone and that I live far. Ghetto and messy!!!

I rarely left the review, but I have to say it’s the worst foods and restaurant I have ever been to. I ordered a bowl with steak and veggies. While I was eating, I tasted sprinkle extra salt on my steak. I thought it was the seasoning, but I ate the rice. It was also salty, and it felt like someone had sprinkled salt all over my food. When I complained about it, they gave me a new plate of food. However, it was the worst experience in my life. I don’t recommend anyone to come here because the staffs were not nice and professional. They laughed at each other when I complained about my food.

The food and staff that handled my food was amazing. All the women that work there I see work hard. There was one employee male that kinda upset me and Although it’s none of my buisness it bothered me to see that there was one woman working hard making the food in the kitchen when the tall Hispanic male was on his phone from the moment I walked in to the moment I finished my food. This is the worse place ever, ever, they make you way 41 minutes in a line cause they only have 1 employee working the front, so they can tell after 41 minutes that they will not give you what you want because you have to go home and order that on the internet, since they only take that order in the internet. And then you can pick it up 40 minutes later meaning 41 minutes in line plus 40 minutes to pick it up almost 2 hours for a quesadilla, that since you already at the place they can make, cause once you order they have to make it anyway.

This place is horrible. Food has no taste everytime I come here. The people have no idea how to portion the food. They close the dining room 2 hours before the store is suppose to close and refuse to have enough food on the line a whole hour and a half before closing. Their answer is that they don’t have no more of such and such. The dining room is constantly dirty and they wear no masks. The line is always dirty and cross contamination is constant. It’s disgusting and it’s a new store. How is this possible Chipotle? Who are the managers? I never write reviews but I had to write this time. Also they constantly blast their music from the kitchen. Not all customers want to listen to that while they are eating. If we wanted to go to a club or a lounge we would.

I ordered a burrito bowl which was delivered with nothing but chicken and cheese, I called the store to complain and was connected with a very concerned and kind worker. I asked if I would be able to come in and have the order done over and she agreed. When I arrived at the store she was very pleasant, she made my order for me and apologized for the misunderstanding. This was a wonderful experience which made me feel appreciated and I will certainly be going back to this restaurant.

I wasn’t aware of this location’s existence so I was a little surprised to see this one in the area. Still, I was satisfied with my salad. The only thing I would want them to improve is on frequent cleaning for their tables as some guests sure are inconsiderate after eating. Apart from that, staff service for food is good and attentive.
