Bunch of dishonest people working at papa John’s pizzas. I went there yesterday to buy a thin crust medium hawaiian pizza the lying dishonest boy says they dont sell thin crust pizza in medium. Then he went a head and over charge me for a large pizza, I also saw the lady employee not wearing gloves and be making people pizza, nasty and disgusted people. Asking for my receipt yet didnt receive none because the guy knows he is crook. Charging me for extra toppings pepper and seasoning that I didnt order, I just realize it on the box when I get home. Papa John’s pizza is hiring crooks to represent them.

I ordered a large 4 topping pizza from Papa Johns, and everything was perfect! The delivery was fast, arriving even earlier than expected, and the food was still piping hot. The crust was perfectly baked—crispy on the outside and soft inside—and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The delivery driver Mervin, awesome guy, was polite and professional, ensuring everything was correct before handing it over.
Definitely my go-to spot for pizza nights. Highly recommend!

I ordered Buffalo chicken Papadia and this is the second time they have sent it with Bacon! Really???- the ingredients do not include bacon, so why add? not once, twice!! It’s very irritating because I don’t eat pork or pig meat. In my last conversation with the manager, he offered me a free replacement – I don’t want free food, but I surely want what I ordered. It’s absolutely annoying that they don’t understand the value of feeding people what they don’t want to eat and argue on other things and after that offer free food. Change your stupid policies, put some money in training your staff and double check what your kitchen is dispatching! Horrible management–

I placed an order for a Medium butter chicken pizza, but unfortunately, I encountered two issues with it. Firstly, there was a lack of chicken toppings, and secondly, the pizza arrived uncut, which defeats the purpose of ordering it.
Upon contacting the store to speak with the manager about these concerns, I was met with refusal and insistence that the pizza was made perfectly fine. The manager even claimed that their employees are trained for three months to ensure proper pizza preparation. When I questioned his certainty and asked if he personally made the pizza, he denied it.
As for the second issue of the uncut pizza, the manager initially admitted to making it that way and put the call on hold. However, later on, he changed his words, contradicting his previous statement.
Being a long-time customer, I expected the staff to address the issues in a respectful and proper manner, taking responsibility for any mistakes. Unfortunately, their lack of attention to detail and the unhelpful response from the manager left me deeply disappointed.
As a customer, I believe it is crucial for the staff, particularly managers, to be responsive and accommodating when rectifying mistakes made by the kitchen or service team. Although I understand that errors can occur, the unprofessional handling of this situation and the absence of a prompt resolution or even an apology only added to my disappointment.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place at all, and I certainly won’t be returning there.

Amazing pizza! Best in Milton. Service is always friendly and courteous. The one and only time we ever had an issue with a pizza, they sent us hot fresh one without any questions asked. Really really great customer experience. A+

I visited to pick up my pizza and observed the owner/manager touching his bare feet with his hands while on his phone. He then handed me my order without washing his hands.
This is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable for any food establishment. I’m very concerned about the safety and cleanliness of the food.
