Pizza was super bland! Toppings were scarce, cheese flavorless, crust was dried out.
I paid over $50 for one 16” pepperoni pizza and one 16” Garden Fresh pizza.

Hiked up Shasta, no food except one protein bar. Driving back to Oregon the Papa John’s commercials for papadillas started working on our brains. We called in an order for 2 Bacon Double Cheese Burger Papadillas (adding bacon was my genius idea) and one Buffalo Chicken. Our call was handled by a nice but mostly unintelligible lady in India. It almost took us the whole drive from Shasta to Medford to get our order placed correctly. We arrived and the manager was very nice and our food was actually cheaper because the local shop had a special. Our food was piping hot and looked amazing, juices and cheese were oozing everywhere! The crust was great and like I said we were both “starving” but to our mutual and great disappointment, there was very little flavor to any of it. Couldn’t really taste the beef or the bacon, the pickles were nice but not very flavorful, the sauce looked good but it too was not very flavorful. We moved to the buffalo chicken pappadilla and even though buffalo sauce was dripping out of it, it to offered very little flavor. Their ranch dressing is really terrible. You let us down Papa John.

I get a lot of people probably don’t wait long for pizza but the lobby at this location is always dusty, I would guess they probably haven’t bothered to pay much attention to the bench’s in the front but it’s kind of gross. Oh and the cobwebs in the corners…. Makes you wonder about the rest of the place. I think there air conditioner is broken too because while waiting man it was hot in there, feel bad for the employees if that’s the case. 100 + degree day and no air just fans….

Robert was amazing I didn’t see the option for no cheese so I thought by not selecting a cheese it would be dairy free. It was 100% my mistake and he still was happy to have my pizza remade and sent out to me. His customer service is outstanding and a true representation of this establishment

Food was amazing! We had a pepperoni, add mushrooms on half, and a chicken/bacon/onion for delivery. We were missing the pepperoni on the mushroom side, so I called right away and the manager Robert immediately had a new pizza made and sent right back out to us. We also got cheese sticks. Everything was soooo delicious and piping hot!
But I was most impressed with the kindness and professionalism of Robert and his staff. Way to go guys Next time we visit from Texas we will have to include this as one of our meals again! Thanks!

Worst Papa John’s I have ever ordered from. One pizza was completey wrong and had slices stacked on top of each other. The other looked like someone smashed there fist in the middle of it. Last time I ordered here the pizza sucked and I didn’t say anything.

Papa Johns in Medford, OR is always good. The staff are always nice. The delivery drivers are super nice and fast. The in-store staff are quiet when you go in to pick up but they are quick to help. The pizza is the basic papa johns but it is always made very well. It’s our go to pizza when we are wanting something quick and relatively cheap.

They DO NOT accept $100 bills. They have a sign on their counter. So you might want to break it elsewhere before going there.

Absolutely disgusting! We tried for Papa Johns for the first time last night. We ordered “The Works” and it was flavorless, kinda soggy and below average especially for the price. We also ordered cheese breadsticks which were over cooked and slightly burnt. The sauce cups that they charge .50 for are horrific. The ranch is the only thing worth purchasing to choke the pizza down with. And the customer service is just as bad as the pizza. Highly dissatisfied and will not be a returning customer. Too many other phenomenal pizza shops in the valley to settle for this.
