I ordered a cocoa haze bowl. After 10 minutes I still had not recieved my order. When the young girl working gave me my order it was not made properly and refused to remake it. No manager at store and no one knew how to reprint my receipt because I did not receive one when ordered. They wouldn’t give me a refund neither because they had no training how. I left without both.

I went here after placing an order online. When I went to pick it up, they were sitting on the counter in the to go section. The consistency was very loose and not how a smoothie should be from smoothie king. There wasn’t enough ice or they were out too long. I picked up my order at the estimated time. There were two little 2 boys working there. I asked him if he could remake them because the consistency was not what it should have been. They both gave me attitude and kept asking what was wrong with it when I told them multiple times already. Then one of them threw the smoothies away with an attitude. No one apologized or treated me like a paying customer. One of them remade it after making me wait and ignoring me after throwing it away. I have never been treated like that at any other smoothie king. Very distasteful, sassy, and unprofessional.

I just left here and got the Friday upgrade. As you can see, I should’ve gotten the 20 oz. They definitely shook the spoon on me and I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR! I asked for 32 oz, not 30!! FYI, it was the young sister on the blender! She was coming up short on all orders!!

Had a great experience today! I hadn’t been to a Smoothie King in awhile and was unfamiliar with the new (to me) menu. Donney asked me about what I liked and gladly provided several recommendations for me. I went with the Activator (with some modification, thanks for suggesting blueberry!) and it was fabulous. The smoothie came out quickly and tasted great. Everyone working behind the counter was friendly and helpful. Will be back.
