The worst location EVER. The staff are extremely rude. They don’t care and the pizza is always cold like their staff. You order online you show up at the time frame it gives you so they can tell you. Sorry it’s another hour after you have been waiting for 30 minutes. I don’t know how they’re still in business. Not even Little Caesars has this issue. A way smaller entity.

I walked in and waited over 3 minutes just standing at the counter waiting for one of the 2 people to come and talk to me. The app said the food was done but apparently they didn’t even start the pizza even though I had made the order 30 min in advance. As I was waiting for my pizza to be made I noticed dozens of bugs crawling around on the floor. Neither staff offered an apology. Worst Papa Johns I’ve ever been to.

Ordered pizza. Kept on track through Papa Track. It showed it’s delivered, but did not receive any order. Called the store, and the manager or whoever was in charge did not even apologize for this situation. He spoke to me as he did not do anything wrong. His attitude was unbelievable. He told me that he will call me back after talking to the driver, but I did not get return call. So, I had to call the store again. He told me the driver is on his way. Once I see him, the manager told me to take the pizza back, and will cancel the order. The manager seems to have no experience or not trained facing this kind of situation. I hope Papa John’s should train employees more properly. I feel bad for the driver that he had to drive all the way to my place. But, if I did not call the store, I must not have received my order or get refunded. This store has provided the worst customer service ever.

Ordered a small pizza the works for $18 and change. Its already an expensive for pizza but I still get it either way. I get my pizza and there is nearly no toppings on it. Called furious because I dont want it and feel ripped off. Customer service was terrible and in no way are they sympathetic about their quality. Either get a new pizza or refund. Went with a refund instead, employee tells me sarcastically to have a good day.

Ordered a pizza for carry out, using 800 number on website. Go in person to pick up. Takes these people 30 minutes to figure out how to work the register so I can pay and go…meanwhile my pizza is sitting there getting cold. Another person behind us eventually just left because the two people there had no clue how to work the register and had to call someone to figure out how to do it. I feel bad for the poor guy, clearly he was new. Still waiting to pay and leave as I type this review.
