Placed order they said 30 min. Went there to pick up my order… it wasn’t ready. They said another 20 min. I took like 30 to go back. They said like 10 more min. Finally I received a text saying my order was ready… still had to wait 7 more min. My pizza was missing the meat…

I would highly recommend never ordering from here. Even if you place your order online, they will make you wait double the amount of time the order would take, they will give your order away to somebody else and not tell you. When I received my pizza It was undercooked and the next day I spent half the morning in the restroom. They feel no need to compensate you for your time or wasted energy. The staff was very rude and I spoke with Jeanette over the phone she was extremely unhelpful she only offered a redo( why would I want food from a place that upset my stomach), no credit or refund. She claimed they are not associated with any other Papa John’s so I doubt they will reach out or fix this experience, but I wanna make sure no one makes the same mistake as me

It was sort of difficult to get my carry out order. Supposedly they couldn’t find my order on their system. I even showed them the order on my phone with my name and phone number. I literally saw my order on the shelf then they finally checked the shelf with my name on it! Frustrating. Once I got home they gave me a bad batch of ranch and the seal was open!

Ordered a small pizza the works for $18 and change. Its already an expensive for pizza but I still get it either way. I get my pizza and there is nearly no toppings on it. Called furious because I dont want it and feel ripped off. Customer service was terrible and in no way are they sympathetic about their quality. Either get a new pizza or refund. Went with a refund instead, employee tells me sarcastically to have a good day.

Only one star because there was no option for 0 stars. Please let my picture do all the talking of how papa John’s served my family. The pic is exactly how I received my pizza and they would not refund my money. Thanks Christian the ” manager” for serving my family like this

Literally came back with our order to EMPTY boxes. How are you going to not realize you are putting EMPTY, not one but 2, boxes in someone’s order. I tried to resolve this reasonably with the store by simply asking for a future credit as it was too far to go back to pick up the missing order but they were extremely unreasonable and impersonal. I could leave a worse review I would. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT order from this location. Once I am done speaking with corporate I will update this and let you know if it is even worth ordering from another Papa John’s at all in the future.

If the manager with the glasses is working, expect things to be late and her Airpods in while she listens to music and ignores the lobby. When you report to Papa John’s the owner of this franchise tries to brush it off with a free pizza code instead of fixing the issue or your time he wasted.

Since this location can’t get its act together, call your bank and charge back when your order wasn’t exactly as you ordered. It’s the terms they accept for accepting card payments and you will get your money back from your bank instantly without having to go through the owner’s charade of ignoring the problem.

I ordered pizza dipping sauce with our bread sticks. We didn’t receive the sealed containers, we received plastic containers they fill in-store. The sauce, from what I can tell, was rancid. It smelled like vinegar, or fermentation, and burned my tongue. I spit it out. My girlfriend, however, consumed it.

I called the manager at this store and she claimed to have tried 2 others and that they didnt smell or taste bad. Then, she basically told me nothing can be done about it, and seemed to indicate it could only have been mine, as the others “are fine” and she has no idea what could have possibly happened.

My girlfriend thought beer, or some sort of alcohol, had been mixed in it. I was going to call the police at that point, the only reason I didn’t is that I googled what bad tomato sauce smells and tastes like. Sure enough, vinegar/fermented smell. So this was rancid food that had been sitting in this store for god knows how long.

Allowing the store to fill dipping containers, rather than selling sealed containers from papa johns, is insane. From my conversation with the manager, either my sauce is rancid, meaning several others in the store are as well, or someone directly tampered with mine.

I’ve had opened jars of tomato sauce refrigerated in my home for months and never had this happen, to give you some idea of how old this had to have been. My guess is they kept filling new ones and putting them on top of old ones. There’s no dates on these containers, so they have no clue how old they are, or when they might expire.

I’m keeping the sauce they gave me refrigerated for the next 24 hours. If my girlfriend ends up having some sort of gastric distress, they’re going to have some serious problems legal problems. I will NEVER be ordering from this location again. I’m probably done as a papa johns customer in general.

I was offering a refund of the 90 cents i spent on the extra dipping sauce. This person sold rancid food to the public then shrugged it off oike “what do you want me to do about it?”…I don’t even have words for this.

I’ll be contacting the health department about this location.

Horrible service gave my pizza to another customer and rudely asked if I wanted my money back or what! Won’t ever go to this store again. Just asked customer service if they can do something. Ordering from a different store they said they can’t do anything. Pretty much they don’t care. Just lost a customer.
