Ordered large epic stuffed crust. Notified manager cheese did not taste the same & that My grandson And I are having stomach problems right after eating the pizza. I told her I was not complaining to get a free pizza just notifying her of the facts. She said “I don’t think that’s the case because Noone else has called tonight, thanks noted have a great day “And hung up. very rude & could care less. Ppl please let your pizza place know immediately of any concern. Because of her blatant carelessness she has lost a good customer.

They have quite a good menu, many choices and the customer service is really nice and attentive. My son placed an order over the phone for delivery and they forgot the jalapeno poppers but they where fast in accommodation by giving credit to get them at any later time. When I came to get them (the same day) the employee was really attentive and really quick just told me he would prep a fresh one, only I had to wait about 10 min, but still, and then have me the one they forgot plus the new one.

You can argue that everyone’s experience is different and as someone who comes to this Papa Johns often because of it’s convenient location I can confidently say that I have had the same great experience every time I order from here and I have been coming here for years. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. If I ask for something this give it to me without question or even politely ask me “How many ya need?” I think that attitude goes a long way and if you treat the staff with respect there is no reason why they wouldn’t do the same back. Every time I order my pizza is made perfectly, no missing toppings, and best of all ways hot and pleasantly good when I get home. I have nothing but great things to say about this place because they have never let me down I hope they continue to give the great service I’ve received for years at this location. Thank you Staff!!!

Staff name, Stephanie is very rude, my daughter is placing an order over the phone and she just wont assist her she even said “ I can’t give you a list , we are busy” she even told my daughter “ you are taking your sweet time and we are busy here” after hanging up the phone when my daughter was asking her 89 year old grandma her order. Her tone was so unprofessional , there is nonrespect at all. My family was thinking maybe it is because my daughter has an accent and she has a different etnicity reason why this Staff treated us like this. Her attitude and her behavior is very unacceptable. Hopefully Papa John will not tolerate any staff with this behavior. Watch out for her she is very rude!

This place is really unreliable. I ordered a pizza today at 4:55, my delivery estimate was 1hr. Okay, cool. I check status at 6:15 and pizza says it’s on its way. OK, cool. Pizza isn’t here and it’s 6:45 so I call and I’m told that driver just left. Pizza shows up at 7:15 and is cold. The establishment has literally just given up on taking any calls because it just rings. I’ve tried multiple times and they’re just ignoring the lines.

Do not! I repeat! Do not get robbed by this place! Placed an order through the app, and it says delivery will be 50-60 minutes. 20 minutes past after the promised delivery time, no delivery in sight. Even with a 20% TIP, they do not have the sense of promptness. Called the number, but nobody answered. Two minutes later the delivery lady called and said they would have to cancel the buffalo wings I ordered with the pizza because they do not have it. I said fine. 10 more minutes later, my order finally arrived, and even reminded the delivery lady about the cancellation of the buffalo wings charge. She reiterated that it will be cancelled. Two days later after the credit card transaction got posted, I still got charged! This place is run by thieves!

This franchise needs severe micromanagement. A month ago we ordered for our kids and baby sitter as we went out for a date night. We ordered just before 5 and it typically takes 40-50 minutes for a delivery. As we are getting ready to leave for our date night no pizza has arrived. So I call, the line rings non stop until I hear the receiver pick up and then hang up. Weird, I wait a few minutes try again. Same thing happens. I tried two more times before we had to leave for dinner. I this point I order food from somewhere else. While we are at dinner we keep calling. Someone finally answers but we are put on hold. And we will never talk to a person again. Needless to say it was hard to enjoy ourselves not knowing what is going on. While finishing our dinner we notice on our home cameras that papa John’s finally delivered, it was 8:30, 3 1/2 hours late. They dropped it at the door step and It arrived cold as well. My wife wants to give the store a visit so after dinner we headed there. The store was in chaos and we were told some one forgot to load the receipt paper. They even offered us pizza’s that were from previous back orders. All we wanted was a refund which they fulfilled. Fast forward to last night we ordered two sides cheese sticks and garlic breadsticks. They arrived on time, no issue. However the breadsticks were burnt and not “fluffy like a pillow” as they advertise. We called and a woman said they would send out another to us. It never came. That’s store is an absolute failure and should be converted to a round table. We will no longer order from there. I much prefer round table anyways.
