Local location that was pretty good for the quick stop I made. We needed some breadsticks to go with our pasta for dinner, so the stop seemed to be the right move to make. The gentleman were friendly and let me know my order would be less than 15-20 minutes. I was happy to see that it didn’t take too long to get my order in place! Most people go for the pizza and I didn’t purchase any this time but I would say it’s worth ordering. The bread sticks were above average and I would return again! Highly suggest for anyone to try and see what the buzz is about!

I called Papa John’s to place an order, and the employee on the phone was extremely rude from the start. Instead of being helpful, they spoke to me with an attitude and acted like I was bothering them for asking simple questions about the prices. When I said the pizza was more expensive than I expected, they laughed, hung up on me, and then called back just to insult me by saying I was broke. The whole experience was embarrassing and disrespectful, and it made me feel like customers aren’t treated with basic kindness or professionalism.After the call ended, the situation got even worse when the employee threatened to post my phone number publicly. They said they could “expose” me online, which felt scary and completely inappropriate for anyone, especially someone representing a business. That kind of threat crossed a serious line and made me feel unsafe, not just disrespected. No customer should ever have to worry about their privacy being violated over something as simple as asking about prices.

We had a take out order and when we got home, the order was incorrect. We had several toppings and they only put cheese on it. Called the store and they said we had to return it to store to have it verified and if it was true, they would make another one. In other words, the only thing they would do to fix their mistake was making a new pizza. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn’t do it because not verify what I was saying. I offered to send a video/pic, still denied. They offered a quality control credit for the future but didn’t offered any code to redeem it, even after asking for one. But you get what you pay for, right?

Half way through my pizza I decided to post a review I’m hopes they read this to better their service
This was my second time ordering from this location and might be my last. The first time I ordered my pizza looked like it was sitting out. Not fresh at all. Today i ordered two pizzas. The works which turned out great but my second pizza was the Hawaiian bbq and it was missing pineapple. I was super annoyed because that’s the main ingredient to me in Hawaiian pizza plus my toddler is a picky eater and loves pineapple. So sad to say both times I ordered and my orders were not great. I love papa John’s and lived in Lakewood before which is where I would order prior but now that I moved this location is who delivers to me. Hopefully they can get better. Otherwise pizza hut it is.

I always make it a point to order directly from this Papa John’s location to support local business rather than using third-party delivery services. Today, I decided to try using their app. I was charged, but the app gave me an error message saying my info was incorrect.
When I called the store for help, I expected understanding and good customer service—but instead, I spoke with a young manager who seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful. He kept repeating the same scripted response and offered no real assistance.
I even reached out to app support with screenshots showing the charge on my bank account, but still got nowhere.
It’s disappointing to see such poor accountability and lack of care, especially from someone in a management position. I feel completely disrespected and dismissed.
To anyone thinking about ordering from this location—do yourself a favor and drive to a different one. You deserve better. Shame on you, Papa John’s

Food was always fresh. Staffs so friendly.

If you’re into mystery pizza—where you order one thing and get whatever the kitchen felt like tossing in the box—this place is a goldmine. Every visit is a surprise, just never a good one. The staff acts like you’re ruining their day by asking for the food you actually paid for. Aggressive, clueless, and somehow proud of it. Honestly, it’s almost impressive how consistently bad they are. Almost.

DONT ASK FOR EXTRA TOPPINGS. If im going to be charged 25 dollars for a pizza with extra toppings, i would expect just that. Its funny how i asked for a regular amount of yellow peppers and thats what i got the most of. Dont get extra toppings. Literally the only enjoyable thing on this pizza was the stuffed crust. The meat isnt that good either. In the words of reviewbrah “My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined”
