Appalling experience with Papa John’s! Ordered a pizza with specific instructions, but they botched it not once, not twice would be bad enough, but on their second attempt they still managed to completely disregard the spirit of the request, technically fulfilling the order in the most frustrating way possible. Utterly disappointing and unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone.

I guess most pizza places have lost their wow factor? After ordering 4 large pizzas which were just okay but the subcontracted delivery service of doordash was rather strange? Instead of calling me because of how tricky it is to find me, they wandered around 20+ minutes after I got delivery confirmation which I thought was kind of strange when nobody was at my door? Prices are outrageous so look for promo codes online deceive yourself some money

Ordered delivery, they didn’t even get the sauces correct and the garlic breadsticks were dry and stale. The food tasted disgusting and the wings gave me stomach cramps. Dominos is similarly priced and is a 5 star restaurant compared to this dump.

If I can give no stars I would first time to Arizona and we were hungry grab something quick my kids and I had 2 slices on the 3rd and 4th one there was hair in my sons pizza slice and mine as well it was disgusting I always go to papa John’s but not anymore !!!!!!!!! Look at your food before you eat it. Ruined our appetite!!!! They need to wrap there hair disgusting

Dear Papa John’s Team,
I wanted to share feedback about my recent visit to your store on [insert date and approximate time]. I waited at the register for about 20 minutes to check on my order status. During this time, a staff member was standing in front of me, and I attempted to get his attention approximately 20 to 30 times. Despite this, he did not acknowledge me. I even moved beside him in hopes of being noticed, but he still did not respond or assist me.
Eventually, I discovered that my food had been ready for about 10 minutes. By the time it was handed to me, it had already gotten cold.
While I understand that busy moments happen, I feel that the lack of acknowledgment and communication was unprofessional and left me disappointed. I’d appreciate it if you could address this with your team to ensure better service in the future.
Thank you for your time and attention, and I look forward to having a better experience next time.

I have never experienced this type of belittling and insulting experience my whole life. As soon as we got there, (I think she is a manager), this woman started talking with us with attitude. We let it go the first time and once we start placing any word she kept being ruder. We told her we didn’t appreciate her attitude, and she literally started insulting us, slamming stuff on the counter and bumping her fist like she wanted to beat us. Mind you we had a 30 pizza order. The pizzas ended being dry and tasteless. I literally was speechless with the way we were being treated. Never again!

2 workers, manager and employee kept touching hair eyeglasses without gloves touching. Register, then touching dough, not washing hands very unsanitary. One employee messaging on Her phone and not washing hands afterwards and touching food very disgusting.

Papa John’s is my favorite pizza place to eat at I like there sauce and I fill like they do put enough on it unlike some other places. And they do have good prices. U can even get a beer here cool. Update still my favorite pizza joint to eat at.

I had placed an online order shortly thereafter I had called into the store and spoke with the manager on duty Avery, I asked him if they could possibly take the palm twists out of the oven just a few minutes early because they always come out too dark and too crunchy for my two and three-year-old. Keep in mind this was just moments after I had placed my order, he tells me oh sure I could have done that but it’s already come out of the oven Don’t worry they’re not too dark, upon receiving them I find that they are much too dark and my kids won’t even touch them. I then call back in and speak with Avery asking him if he was able to replace the order of bread twists, he tells me he is not willing to do that that I would have to call in and speak to a completely different manager for that and then he proceeds to tell me I shouldn’t be upset because I only paid $1 for my order, apparently forgetting that the store credit I had paid with was earned from ordering pizza previously so sure I got that order with a very low cost but I had paid for multiple orders before that to get it. He was very rude he was condescending he was presumptuous and in all honesty I dare say he was entitled. Avery you need to learn one or two skills and customer service otherwise you will have a very rough career.
