Absolutely the best chicken sandwich out there. The TGB Fried is unreal. It is perfectly crispy, juicy and packed with flavor. I’ve had a lot of chicken sandwiches and nothing comes close to this. Every sandwich is made with love. Also, the owner is super cool, which makes supporting this spot even easier. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out.

WOW!! First time trying this place and it did not disappoint! I had the garlic parm tenders and I dont know what special potion they used but that was the best garlic parm chicken I’ve ever had! Highly recommend and the chicken alone is delicious, but that sauce is sooo good. My husband got buffalo wings. He said they were amazing!! He also got the buffalo rangoons, he said they were good but probably wouldn’t get them again. Highly recommend trying this place if you love chicken!!! So glad we got a new take out place.

Super friendly staff on the phone and when I went in. We got the chicken Bomb, my father in law got wings with no sauce, and as Cobb salad. All were really good with good seasoning and the kids couldn’t stop eating my fries. Everyone crushed their meals. Glad this place opened in town. As a warning it’s not fast but it’s cause they made it all fresh and you can taste it and a more take out vs eat in place for now.

Return trip to the Good Bird and it was fantastic again. Went with the corn fritters again and an order of large garlic parmesean tenders with sauces on the side. Really like their sweet and spicy as well as blue cheese, ranch, and the sweet chili sauce. BBQ was good as well. The street corn fritters are good. The tenders are exceptional. Tenders were crunchy on the outside and moist inside. The blue cheese and sweet and spicy went well with them. Some of the better tenders I’ve had in awhile. Take out only, no seats.

The Good Bird is awesome! Love having them in town. I recommend ordering ahead as it gets busy & food takes a while to make. They have a mobile app where you can earn rewards, which is cool. They are currently takeout only – no place to eat inside. They do have a few long benches to sit & wait if you order in-store or arrive before your food is ready. Our sandwiches, fries, & buffalo rangoons were delicious! My favorite was TGB Fried Chicken Sandwich. The crispiness of the chicken was perfect. Will definitely be back!

This is my favorite takeout place! My family and I will gladly drive 40 minutes from the Cape to come and get food from here! I met the owner he is so nice and humble. I messed up my online order and he so graciously made it a very easy fix! The food couldn’t be better, and believe me I would tell you. I have almost impossibly high standard for ingredients. This place is A1! Definitely order some takeout!!

My husband and I grabbed lunch today and it was delicious! As soon as we walked in and noticed the photos of Julia and Anthony, being a chef myself, we knew we’d be in for a treat. My husband had the buffalo fingers and I the plain. The crunch of the non greasy light batter mixed with the juicy chicken, you just can’t go wrong. This was the freshest meal I’ve ever had on the south shore. The hand cut fries were also a home run! We will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

First impression… best chicken in town (perhaps the only chicken in town)! The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with Handcut Fries delivered on many levels. The buffalo chicken was moist and had the correct amount of heat… plus the fries were crispy and salty. Overall, The Good Bird delivered a great chicken sandwich at a reasonable price and I will definitely be back to explore other items on their menu!
