Got the bacon cheesy burger bites along with the cheesy burger pizza. The promotion price for both was under $20 so that was reasonable. The pizza was mediocre. Toppings were good but crust could have been cooked more as it was on the soft side. The bites were okay and came with a dipping sauce. I guess you can’t expect much these days

I placed my Papa John’s order ahead of time so I wouldn’t have to wait when I arrived. When I got there, the pizza was cut incorrectly and the employee showed zero empathy. Instead of an apology, they rolled their eyes and acted frustrated even though the mistake was on their end. Because of this, I ended up waiting an additional 10+ minutes while I was already starving and had planned ahead specifically to avoid a delay.
I’m not upset about an honest mistake, mistakes happen, but the attitude and lack of customer service made the experience frustrating. A simple apology and some professionalism would have made a huge difference.

If you’re going to order here make sure you pick up. They use DoorDash. It can get frustrating having to explain directions to someone for 20 minutes on how to get to your home. Before they finally just leave your order at some random apartment complex and call it a day. Instead of getting convenience with your dinner you get frustration and no food! Yay!

I don’t know what happened with this location, but they suck. They get orders wrong about half the time. They either undercook or overcook the pizza. Rarely ever is the pizza cooked decently. Sometimes, I’ll get a pizza with a good amount of toppings, and then sometimes the toppings are skimpy or nonexistent.
The quality of the pizza has gone down considerably over the past year.
They never answer the phone.
The people always have an attitude when they actually do answer the phone.
The level of incompetence at this location is disheartening and astounding.
Your management needs to do better.

Stopped in, ordered the New York style pizza, bread sticks and a 2 liter of soda. Personally found it costly and probably could of saved money if ordered online. Pizza, customer service was great! However not advisable to just drop in and order because there is no menu displayed. (Menu is scannable code that you can be viewed on your phone) and the lobby decor doesn’t even feature photos of their product(s). Minor stuff as most use apps on their phones for everything nowadays.

Whelp!! What happened?!?!….well turns out Papa Johns has sold out and has been purchased by another corporation (same company that owns CC pizza and it tastes exactly like it too). The changes that have been made have absolutely ruined the pizza. Totally different in every way.
Firstly the crust is flat, dry, and flavorless (except the flavor of paste, yes that’s it paste.)
Secondly all of the “better ingredients” turns out are just better for the companies wallet. Low grade products for an elevated price.
I’ve had better pizza at several gas stations including QT.

Amanda and her crew are amazing. Amanda was super helpful and made sure my order was exactly as I wanted it, food was hot when it was delivered and not thrown around thank you all for making family dinner time easy for us and memorable

Didn’t receive the pizza we ordered. Also there was no toppings, the pizza was extremely thin, soggy and when I called them to tell them what happened. They said that they wouldn’t do anything about it and that if we wanted another pizza. Then order another one. This location use to take pride in their service and quality. Me and my family loved this place. We are so disgusted now that we will never order anything from here and tell everyone about it.

I prefer my pizza through door dash. Im not sure what went wrong but the pizza came with no sauce and no cheese. I spoke with the manager Susan. I was flustered and she was calm, lol. She was so nice and worked out a deal so I could have the pizza I ordered for my family. Thanks Susan!

Overly dry crust, minimal toppings where there actually is toppings and seriously, we wanted toppings on THE WHOLE PIZZA. Bring back J! Until then it’s Pizza Hut from now on.
