This Popeyes location is very clean, employees were very nice and helpful plus the wait was not bad at all considering they were very busy but at the same time when going to a chicken restaurant your supposed to be waiting for your food especially if you want it to be cooked right. It’s always good to download the app to catch some special deals on meals they might have and the perks as well.

When Popeyes first came to Beloit the food was very good. Just picked up my order and I could not be more disappointed. The leg and thigh were so small and over cooked. The breast was the worst. What was once big juicy, is no more. By the time I removed all the excess breading all I had left was rib bone and a dry piece of chicken the size of my thumb.
Don’t even bother replying to my review with your weak apologies and promises to discuss this in your team meeting. I see by the other recent reviews you take none of these seriously. You make KFC look good! And that’s saying a lot. I will never loose my money or appetite with you again.

So we were just expecting the typical popeyes experience but ended up with extremely under colored fried chicken. Very unusually pale and still sorta pink. Staff was cool with giving us another box to see if it was a bad batch but ended up getting same result. So far, worst popeyes ive visited. (P.s the doors make sounds of damned souls and dont open correctly)

This Popeyes is a very amazing wonderful experience would recommend. Employees were very nice. Overall I had a good experience eating here. Everything came cooked. And I didn’t wait so long. Chicken was crispy . The mashed potatoes were delicious

I’ve given this Popeyes a few chances. The last time was the last time. Every few months I check the reviews to see if I should give it ONE more chance. Still bad. People need to boycott the Beloit Popeyes. Maybe that will force management to make changes. It’s a shame that we finally get a Popeyes in Beloit and the food is terrible and the customer service is horrible. Go to the one in Janesville.

Used to be a regular spot for me but idk lately it has been going really down hill. 30+ minute wait times in drive through when there is only 2 cars ahead of you. Got my order completely wrong and while i was waiting for someone to hand me my order that was just sitting there i had to watch a kid take a minute maid lemonade carton and fill it up with minute maid lemonade from the soda dispenser then pour it into the craft lemonade dispenser….. I payed extra for that good lemonade…. Needless to say this place used to be a very tasty and nice place to get food from but idk they need new people in the kitchen because the guys working there were absolutely disgusting human beings. I love my popeyes if you cant tell which is why I am writing this so you guys can do better. I will not be coming back anytime soon.

As a rule I don’t generally give chain restaurants more than 3 stars. At this location, the young lady running the drive thru was very pleasant and curtious. The meal, overall was tasty. Slightly disappointed in the size of the sides. I ordered a 16 piece family meal, the sides wouldn’t be enough for an average family of 4. Also, for the money, nearly $50, 16 pieces should include a few chicken thighs. This location is very convenient for traveling guests, situated in an area with hotels and just off the ramps of 2 major highways.

Ordered through the drive thru for takeout. The employees sounded like they didn’t even want to talk or be there, zero energy and kind of in a bad mood. I asked for sauces and got none. The chicken and biscuits tasted like they were made yesterday and most of the chicken was just crispy breading or flour with barely any actual chicken in it. Really disappointing experience.

If I could I’d give zero stars. First off they got my sandwich completely wrong but on the cheese that I never ordered there was still paper attached to it and melted into my sandwich. Definitely won’t be coming back here again I’ll take my business elsewhere

We were driving through town looking for food and stopped here. I have to admit we were a little hesitant with the poor reviews. However, this was the best Popeyes we have been at. It was Friday night at around 950pm and the guy who took our order was very nice and fast. Our food was fresh, hot and delicious! Also, he even gave us honey packets for my biscuit! No Popeyes has ever done that, and it was such a nice surprise! Thank you for the great food and service!
