Store manager (Abdul) is a just rude person. They messed up my order few weeks ago and I had credit for it but the store manager didn’t belive me and gave a dirty look. First of all, they should have a better communication with managers, second, giving a customer a dirty look is not good for the business, it doesn’t matter how busy you are. I’ve place order almost 40 dollar worth of order and trying to get 10 dollar free food? How rude… manager needs better CS training and also I don’t belive he should be a manager. This seems franchise store, whom ever owns this store should have better control of the managers performance. If I was a store auditor, your score will be 60% because of him.

As a rule I don’t generally give chain restaurants more than 3 stars. At this location, the young lady running the drive thru was very pleasant and curtious. The meal, overall was tasty. Slightly disappointed in the size of the sides. I ordered a 16 piece family meal, the sides wouldn’t be enough for an average family of 4. Also, for the money, nearly $50, 16 pieces should include a few chicken thighs. This location is very convenient for traveling guests, situated in an area with hotels and just off the ramps of 2 major highways.

Slow slow slow in the drive thru takes 15 to 20 minutes to get food. Not even a big order but like two 2 piece dinners. Every time I go it’s like this. Food is decent yet over priced.

This is a new popeye’s chicken, but I don’t believe it will be in business for very long. Slow slow slow. Once you get your food, you will be disappointed, Two bites I threw the biscuit away, red beans and rice, in a small container, maybe half full With what looked like Someone had eaten from the container. The chicken was o k but not up to popeye standards. Next problem, you call popeye’s customer service. And they want you to text, you cannot speak to a live operator. I will not be going back to this popeye’s , And if the prices keep increasing I don’t believe I will go to any popeyes.

It’s fast food, it’s okay, no one talked to us for about 2 minutes after we got there. Kitchen staff just looked at us and kept doing kitchen stuff, ignoring us. Order taker was nice when she finally arrived. Will go back but not any time soon.

First time visiting this location. Staff was extremely friendly and fast. Only 3 workers and they were running around working as a team. Very impressed with this location. We ended up ordering two meals to share and went home with a while extra meal. We will be stopping back again.

Horrible experience. A chicken sandwich was so overdone one quarter of it was inedible and unable to be bit through. The spicy tenders ordered were served mild. The mac and cheese was (no joke) 8 noodles and a glob of burnt cheese, and the wildberry beignets were served loose in a bag with an insane amount of powdered sugar. To top it off the register jockey was more interested in hitting on the girls in the kitchen than any sort of order accuracy or quality. This location won’t last long at this rate.
