I have a lot of reward points to use so I’ve ordered them a few times lately. It seems they always forget something. First time I ordered they forgot the peppers on the pizza. Second time they didn’t give me the side yellow peppers or a garlic dipping cup. I also had to get out my own pizza cutter to finish the cutting tonight. That’s a problem with every pizza company though, ( how is this so hard???) Pretty decent food if they can get things right. The delivery tracker was right on time. Did you know that you can pay an extra $3 to prioritize your order? It was an option when I ordered. What a joke. How many orders are pushed ahead of my order because I won’t pay the extra money? I ordered 1 medium pizza and chicken and it cost almost $30 before tip. So they want another $3 to prioritize my order. It costs a fortune to order pizza these days.

The most greasy pizza I’ve ever had. The grease left a stain on my front porch cement where it was dropped off. It was missing part of the delivery. Tried to call the store. No answer for several tries. Had to drive down to fix the order which defeats the purpose of paying for delivery.

I order Papa Johns about once a week. I just recently move and attempted my second order from this location near my new home. First time two of the three things ordered were burnt. This second time I had another bunt one and another with a HAIR embedded into the pizza!!! Called the location and the manager wanted to know the color and length of the hair. Then told me that nobody fits that hair??? Wow!!! I guess it’s time to take my business to another pizza franchise

I ordered a pizza online to pick it up, I found it incredible that in 10 to 20 minutes it would be ready. Living 3 minutes away from the place, they sent me the message that it was ready in exactly 10 minutes when I picked it up and arrived and surprise it was completely cold I don’t even know how many hours it had been ready, it’s a shame that the service has been very bad… reading the comments it seems to me that all the work they are doing is not being carried out in the correct manner. They should reevaluate themselves and come up with strategies so that they truly are the first!! Remember that customers deserve excellent quality in food because they are even tipped.

It was my favorite Papa John’s to go to, but unfortunately it burned down. This really sucks and I hope they can recover. They had an amazing staff here, the food was always cooked well and it was always on time! Best wishes and hopefully a speedy recovery to this place!

I ordered a pizza at 4:37 p.m. on 03.25.24. By 5:37 p.m it still had not been delivered. I called the store. They said they had to remake the pizza. They couldn’t tell me why and mentioned it could be another 30 minutes before it was delivered. I mentioned I had little ones that couldn’t wait any longer and asked for a refund which they said they would issue back to my card. This location seems to struggle. In the past they left the pizza on the door step but didn’t knock or ring the bell so the pizza was cold. Unfortunately, it is the only one that delivers to my area.

Ordered delivery, it’s apparently delivered through Doordash unbeknownst to us. Our pizza was silently left in front of our doorstep to be eaten by the bugs. When we noticed it was out there we called for a replacement because it was completely inedible, it went straight to the dumpster. Got the replacement and they forgot the cheese bread. The pizza is delicious but the service is unreliable at best.

We ordered at 3:15 pm, the confirmation email said 29 minutes for delivery. At 4:10 pm I went out to check the mail and found out pizzas sitting on the porch, stone cold. We were in the front room the whole time with our pets, if anyone would have knocked we would have known. Terrible service. I understand why this place has such low ratings.
