So I called Papa John’s tonight to try to order pizza. Granted it was after 11:15 but every time I asked the employee to tell me a special or to tell me the prices or to tell me what it comes with or how many pieces that certain items came with. He acted as though, “Oh my gosh, I can’t believe you’re doing this and asking me these questions. ” I don’t have time for any of this ?! This place is getting on my last nerves. Our family gets it on Fridays so we can have a nice meal. they are always late we ordered it at 5:45 and it came at 7:20. why does it really need to be that late, like come on. It was cold and hard and not cut well.They always forget our drink and when we call they don’t answer. We let the driver know and he said he will be right back. This has happened more than once. I do not recommend this pizza anymore. Next Friday I don’t think we will be getting Papa John’s. After about 30 minutes we got our drink but when he delivered it he didn’t even let me open the door. We watched on the camera him run like he did not want to be seen. At least we have our drink but I am still mad it took 2 hours to come. Please be aware about them being late and forgetting your stuff and more. This is ridiculous.

This is the second time they’ve forgot my Pepsi and said they were coming back. I haven’t seen my Pepsi yet. I order from this location frequently and after tonight, I’m ready to go somewhere else. I understand being understaffed but I’ve seen places that were understaffed do way better than this. Do better Papa John’s.
