Have had multiple issues. Last night’s delivery took 3 times longer than quoted and driver tried to drop off someone else’s order initially. Waited another 30 minutes for mine which was quite soggy by the time it was delivered. Spoke with manager and asked to at least get my tip back but it was still charged. Manager was clearly flippant about it. If I was quoted over 1.5 hours I would’ve ordered somewhere else or picked up. Weather was fine btw. Driver was apologetic and gave me 2 liters of free soda which I don’t drink.

Yikes. Ordered a simple stuffed crust pizza. It tasted nothing that resembled Papa John’s consistency. Long time customer. It takes alot for me to throw an almost brand new pizza in the trash. This location claimed that prize.

It’s really touch and go but my last visit wasn’t great. Staff is amazing but the food was meh. Chicken bites were dry and just had a few drops of sauce on them, pizza was gloopy and flavorless but like it’s papa John’s you get what you pay for.

ORDER AT OWN RISK: Placed an order at 4:13 pm on 11 February, received a confirmation email with an order number, order details, the option to track my order, and estimated time for delivery (28 minutes). Followed the tracker online, which said “On its way” up until 5:05 when it changed to delivered. We got the option to rate the delivery driver whose name was provided. The only problem was that the order was never delivered, so we called the store. The person on the line asked for first/last name which we provided, then proceeded to confirm the order back to us and stated that the order was for pickup, which was incorrect. When we confirmed that the order was right but was for delivery and stated that we had already paid delivery fee+tip, they said there was no order in their system for today and that we could place a new order for half off. At this point, my card was already charged the full price and when we asked them how they were able to relay our correct order back to us if it wasn’t in the system, we were told it was similar to our order from two weeks again, which was a different amount altogether. While on the phone, the worker asked us to check outside the front door twice, as if the pizzas were left there and that’s a normal thing. After waiting on the phone for them to figure it out, they finally stated that we would get our order for free (but how is it free, I paid for it and if it’s “not in their system,” how are they refunding me for an order I apparently never placed?) when we got off the phone with them at 5:18 pm, the pizzas finally arrived at 6:00 pm, and the order was missing an item. I personally won’t ever order from this location again. I haven’t ever complained when minor issues have come up (missing sauces I’ve paid for) because usually the food is hot and pretty good, and I rarely EVER give reviews on Google, but I feel like we were scammed out of an order when all information was provided, tracked, status-changed, and my card was charged. Order at your own risk, but be prepared to have the store act like you’re in the wrong when you call to have the issue corrected.

Hi there! I just wanted to get on here and help this locations star rating a bit. Most of the bad reviews are from a year or more ago. I was missing one sauce and decided instead to not complain about it. My pizzas were perfect! The sauce, the crusts, the toppings, even the temperature! They were so tasty and delicious. I got a cookie brownie thing. Lemme tell youuu…. Drooling… I was too lazy to get up and grab a fork to get a piece out of the tin. Low and behold…. It’s perfectly cooked and came right out with just my fingers. Lastly, delivery even came earlier than expected. I don’t know if the oven has been fixed or replaced, if there is a new owner, if the employees are less stressed or what, but it makes me happy to see that this location is doing much better. Thank you for my tasty treats tonight. <3
