Love their pizza. They aren’t doing pickups in Monument any more. Had them deliver to Palmer Lake Park where we were hanging with friends and they didn’t follow my request to have the delivery person call me to connect. Found him walking down the street away from the park. Took 1/2 hour longer to deliver than they originally said too.

I’ve been ordering Papa Johns since I was in college in the mid 90s. Currently live on the North side of Colorado Springs and this is the store that always delivers to our house. They aren’t perfect, but I hopped on here to give a shout out to the manager of the store and his customer service. Every single time there has been a hiccup, Shane has made things right. He is always welcoming of feedback and will promptly address any concerns that anyone may have, and for that I am truly appreciative.

I ordered 2 pizzas got 2 RAW pizzas I Call and speak to a manager he replaces the pizza I get the 2 new ones and guess what they’re RAW!! I called back spoke to the same manager was threatened with the police over me complaining about my RAW DOUGHY PIZZA he then hung up on me was not professional at all very RUDE and SARCASTIC should not be a manager of no one not even himself. Poor poor poor service I will NOT NOT NOT RECOMMEND THIS POOR PIZZA PLACE ANY SERVICE NOT TOMORROW OR IN NEAR FUTURE!!! I need Corporate I RATE 00000000 for the service!!! This is the absolute worst business I’ve ever had experience with. On multiple occasions they’ve delivered our pizza to the wrong house (our neighbors, who are never home), so they just leave the pizza out their porch. Usually by the time we realize it says it’s been delivered and we drive over to collect it, it’s already cold from sitting out there. It happened again tonight. I had the (dis)pleasure of speaking with Dominic who told me it was in our best interest to stop ordering pizza from them because they couldn’t deliver it to the right house. As a business owner I would be furious if I had an employee accepting this level of incompetence. I will be calling on Friday to speak to the general manager. But buyer beware not only is this location completely incompetent they’d rather lose business than correct it!!

Please go to Dominoes. Something is seriously wrong with this branch. I ordered pizza and over 100 min later it arrives cold, flipped over, with the ranch packet opened and spilled everywhere. I called the store and they told me doordash delivered it so there’s nothing they can do except for me to call door dash and get a refund through them??? What??? I complain to manager that I did not give any permission for that exchange to take place, my business was with papa John’s alone. Manager says this situation is above MY pay grade… like what??? I called door dash and they never refunded me. Please don’t go here. It’d be better for everyone if this branch closes so something better can be opened instead.

We called and placed order they said 35-45min. totally acceptable. Called 65 min. after placing order and told very abruptly order was leaving store in 8min. NOPE !! So called back at 90min. rude immature girl was completely unprofessional and condescending “why don’t you come pick it up since that is the only way looks like you’ll be happy”! She needs to be disciplined and fired ! Called back third time, fake manager said she’d take care of it… NOT !! Well about 105min. after placing order the pizza arrived cold, nasty and more than likely spit on ! Nobody ate it ! Called Dominos, they got it right, timely and more importantly professionally !! I never ever called this Papa John’s again !!

Pizza was left on our front step and the delivery vehicle left an 18 inch by 6 inch oil stain on my driveway. The manager said driver had rang the doorbell and tried to call. We had no missed phone calls and were in the house. I’m willing to give him the benefit of a doubt on that and appreciated his offer to replace the pizza. The manager, Shane, said he’d work on the driveway issue. After several days of going back and forth he basically said he still didn’t have an answer from his regional manager but if, in reality, his drivers car was leaking that badly it would have blown up by the end of his shift. I went and bought my own pressure washer and cleaned up Papa Johns mess. Frustrating experience and my last order from this location.
