Every time I go to this location they are rude. The food is always awful. I bought a pizza today, aug 8, it was burnt and the lobby was locked. The photo is of another time when I ordered online. That is a pretzel stuffed crust pizza. When I went to pick up the pizza the lady who is a manager was yelling. She was rude and she is rude every time I go there. Don’t waist your time or money at this location. They should honestly close it down.

I ordered 2 pizzas on the app went to get home just to see the pizzas were not fresh they were so old and nasty . I have never had bad service from them but this was a big disappointment. And you can’t get ahold of the store to get anything fixed .. do better Little Cesar’s

I ordered 2 pizzas and an Italian cheese bread and when I arrived at the store the young kid in the drive thru window said we are closed. I said I ordered on the mobile app AND already paid and he waved me off with his middle finger!! This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from this location and received less than good service! Just a week before I ordered on the app (paid) and when I got there the store was CLOSED. The manager arrived when I was getting ready to leave and said when the other manager didn’t show for work the other employees had closed the store and left! Apparently leaving the ability to order in tact so several other people and myself were left with NO food and NO money! I tried to call the store this morning but of course they are not answering the phones, probably because my money was refunded but they don’t want to take responsibility for their poor service and attitude. Or maybe they truly just don’t care!

I’d definitely go on a day shift when the woman is working. The 2 guys on this night shift tonight sucked I’m literally gonna go and talk to the GM tomorrow of she’s available . I almost want my money back I wouldn’t even feed the food I got tonight to animals. The manager on duty sat on his phone while people were lined up in drive thru and at the front counter, and I felt so sorry for the new girl… she was trying to do her job but the guys definitely hendered her from bein able to do so.i ordered online got there and waited another 25 minutes then went inside and he pulled it out of the ovens where they store it when it’s done and it had been sitting there for a while the bread was like sponges and the puffs were hard as rocks literally. Worst ever.

Starting to think the employees never have a good day, always rude, dry even cold. Cant say much for the management bc they were almost as bad as the cashiers in some cases worse. Very bad attitudes but the food is always pretty good, hence 3 stars…

I will never eat at the one in Tarrant very rude unprofessional! And always high in the drive thru. Didn’t wanna give me my refund or remake my pizza I literally had to call the cops on the manager (white lady and young white guy) calling me racial slurs!!! Never again
