I ordered online a thin pepperoni and sausage pizza. I came to the drive thru to pick it up after my email Alerted me it was ready. The pizza only had pepperoni on it. The lady just stood there staring at me. She then said I hear you. I said can you fix this and give me what I ordered. I pickup before I go to work. The last time I picked up the pizza it wasn’t ready after my email alerted it was.

We ordered two simple sausage pizzas and two orders of crazy bread with sauce unrefrigerated. What we got was two overcooked pizzas that took a whole hour to bring out to us, rudeness, disrespected , and racist attitudes. DO NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION YOUR TIME OR EFFORT!! There’s one 10 minutes away in Pinson that will give you excellent service. There’s no drive thru, but everyone at that location is a joy to work with!!

Terrible service! Can’t give them no stars because it’s not an option. Have been waiting almost an hour now for our online order. The order said it’s done but we went to the window and they said they didn’t know when it would be done. Several other people have gotten orders that just came through the drive through and 1 person waited just about the same amount of time for an online order before us.

Only 1 star cause you cant put 0 Worst location ever!!!!!! need to fire the whole crew I waited at the window for about 10 mins sitting there watching one person sitting in a chair with all of them yelling and cutting up. At 11:35 they came to the window and said they didn’t have any lunch combos ready. There was about 6 people there collecting a pay check for not doing anything so they can’t say they are short staffed..this is ridiculous!! And this is not the first time they have had such poor customer service. This one in tarrant on Pinson valley needs new management!!!

Every time I go to this location they are rude. The food is always awful. I bought a pizza today, aug 8, it was burnt and the lobby was locked. The photo is of another time when I ordered online. That is a pretzel stuffed crust pizza. When I went to pick up the pizza the lady who is a manager was yelling. She was rude and she is rude every time I go there. Don’t waist your time or money at this location. They should honestly close it down.

I have been there four times in the last 3 weeks and not once have they had any pizzas made. Some little brat was working the window and obviously didn’t want to be there doing anything, and he wasn’t. He slammed open the sliding window and rolled his eyes at me. I stopped by to get a Pepperoni Pizza I am White the 2 Black girls waiting on people completely ignored me when I patiently waited on a person that was drunk/drug argue with the girl he had a baseball hat & I watched closely he left I was the only person inside I asked the girl at register for a Pepperoni Pizza she said they did not have any I asked how long to get one she turned and walked away the other girl just stood there then I asked her how long for a pizza she invited me a black man walked in held his hand up five she turned and said 5 pepperoni pizzas I asked for one she said none ready I asked what she had ready she walked over and said none I asked how long for a Pepperoni Pizza her answer as she walked away I dunno I said well Hell I’ll go somewhere else I may be White but my money is Green I’ll never stop there again and we have football parties in Tarrant every weekend about 5-10 pizzas plus wings 2 or 3 orders we’ll we will go somewhere else also

Worst pizza joint ever I did an online order go and pick it and the lady said that there system is down so I told them if I can get my money back they said @2a.m. My money will go back to my card… Well next morning I check to see if they gave me my money back and they never did so I kept calling and calling and calling and they never pick up the phone either this new generation are getting Lazy or something is going on……still waiting on my money

The hotel was fine for what was paid. It was clean and in a excellent location. The I’ve machines didn’t work so that wasn’t fun, however Circle K was directly across the street and there was a freezer available to keep ice. The staff wasn’t the friendliest but they were professional.
